I was extremely disappointed with how my daughter was treated on her birthday despite being loyal customers. We use Starbucks rewards points but my daughter is young to have her own points. I expect better from such a brand that markets itself as a family friendly. A little kindness and consistency would go a long way.
Worst flat white I’ve ever had - 2 miserable hipster baristas on the drive thru - drove round to ask to remake it, they pretended to spit in it and the coffee still tasted vile 04/10/25 09:45 if you want to find the 2 lovely guys who did this :)
I ordered drinks online 15 minutes ago and waiting for it to be made I saw the cup been sat there for a while and shop it not busy, my drink kept getting skip and when I ask they said it just came through, don't lie to your customers please, just say you forgot.
Did an online order through Uber Eats. Came quickly. Well presented.
Good coffee, good atmosphere and friendly staff. Did not have anything to eat but it all looked great. The app didn't allow me to say 'not applicable' so my rating for food is only based on its appearance behind the counter. Would not hesitate to order food from there in the future though.
Is what it is a standard Starbucks coffee shop inside a shopping centre, the guy serving us was very cheerful and happy , lots of seats available, queue was not to bad , good for a caffeine pitstop if Christmas shopping
A very much hit or miss experience at this store. It can be a great experience first thing in a morning when there's only a few places about. I wouldn't use this store at busier times, unless you like long waits and unclean tables.
it is what it is so nothing really to report on this pacific establishment. No toilets because it is in a indoor shopping centre meadowhall. Bonus is lots of seating
