In store for wipers on sons van. We were helped but Connor whose customer service is the best I've had in years. Super approachable and really wanting to help. I made a mistake and ordered tge wrong one for the passenger side and he was so helpful in putting it right. Just fantastic.
Arrived at the Redditch store to pick up a click and collect order on behalf of my husband but there was no one on the checkout/pickup desk and the store appeared to be deserted. Walked around for 5 minutes with several other perplexed customers and eventually managed to find one store employee but they weren't interested in assisting me. I hung around for a few more minutes and finally someone showed up and offered a limp apology and then located my web order for me. However my satisfaction was short lived as when I got home I then discovered that there should have been 2 items to pick up and the assistant had only given me one of them ! Absolutely appalling customer service all round so hence the 1 star rating.
Ordered front windscreen wipers with fitting. Lovely young girl served me and very friendly young man fitted the wipers, no fuss, checked they worked and shook my hand. All done in 10 minutes. Fantastic service, thanks.

I came into the store looking for roof bars after mine had broken just two days before I was due to go on holiday. I was advised to speak to Andy, and I’m so glad I did – he completely exceeded my expectations. Andy spent over an hour with me, patiently answering all my questions, checking stock online, and exploring options for the three vehicles I have access to. Throughout the entire process, he stayed focused on finding a solution while maintaining a warm, empathetic, and approachable manner. What impressed me most was that Andy didn’t just say, “we don’t have the stock” and send me on my way. Instead, he went above and beyond to make sure I left with a clear plan and peace of mind. Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)
Received outstanding service in store today. Bought a new car battery and had it installed on the spot! Three staff who were assisting me with various purchases during my visit were all polite, friendly, knowledgeable and above all kind and helpful. Left the store feeling very happy and will definitely return. Highly recommended!!
Excellent prompt service. Reception welcoming and courteous. Young Josh the fitter did an excellent job. He was polite and knowledgeable. In this day and age, it was a pleasurable experience to shop at Halfords of Redditch. Well done to all concerned.

I have just visited Halfords Redditch to purchase a headlight bulb and have it fitted. Josh and Joshua went above and beyond with their customer service and professionalism. Nothing was too much trouble, Joshua advised me my side light had gone aswell as my headlight and fitted that for me at the same time, even though it was almost closing time at 6pm. I would certainly recommend Halfords Redditch and their team.
