Lovely garage went above and beyond. Richard made sure i was able to to be on the road for 10am the following day. Amazing staff and fantastic garage. If you have a car problem this is the one and only garage to go to in redditch, top notch service.”

“Went in to the Redditch branch to look for a car seat. It was very busy at the time we went in and we went to queue to ask if anyone could help. There was a lovely man who was dealing with s another customer who overheard and said he would be able to help us in a moment. He came over and could not have been more helpful! He even tried the seat in our car and took time to show us how it all worked as there were all sorts of different buttons! We purchased the seat so he went and got us a brand new one from out the back and fitted that one in the car for us too! I think his name was Scott and was just covering that store for the day as they were short staffed. His knowledge and customer service skills were 10/10. He didn't rush us every though he was clearly busy. What a great experience!!! He really put our minds at rest that we had chosen a safe seat for our little girl :)”

“Fantastic people! I had the misfortune to break down on Friday the 13th. The RAC couldn't recover my car as they were over stretched. Redhill collected the car that night and then delivered it to my home on the Monday. Raj who collected it was very helpful and friendly. RAC asked me to call them when the car had been collected to arrange my taxi home. This was easier said than done. The controller at Redhill (Charlie?) sent RAC a message to contact me because I couldn't get through. Frank who delivered the car today was just as helpful. I can't fault them. If you're unlucky enough to have a breakdown, count yourself lucky if it's Redhill that's sent to recover you.”

“Thanks Luke excellent work today I found him to be really friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. Found Luke on eBay having contacted him he sent me his number to give him a call where he explained the whole story how he had managed to secure new headlight units directly from the manufacturer something Vauxhall can't do. During the call he explained why he needed a deposit I was a bit apprehensive at first but decided to trust him so glad I did otherwise my car would of gone to the scrapyard for the sake of a headlight. I arrived at his unit @ 10am and was on my way home new headlight fitted and fully set up and tested in an hour. His knowledge on Vauxhall's was really good and he explained everything has he was carrying out the work and refitted my bumper correctly as it had been incorrectly fitted when I had some work done a couple of years ago. Would definitely recommend Luke and if I need anything else that Vauxhall can't get hold of first port of call would be Luke as he'll probably be able to source parts or knows where to get work done.
