   One of the staff, a bald older gent just crossed the street throwing himself in front of passing cars then gave a dirty look when beeped at. He was fiddling with a car parked on the main road. If staff are frustrated with life like this then I would never ever let any of them touch my car. I wonder how they deal with customers or their cars, as they seem to park cars on the pavement, at a considerable distance from their garage, on a busy road and fix them there instead of their allocated area.

   Avoid Beoley MOT Centre Ltd – Unnecessary Repairs & Dishonest Practices I had a very disappointing experience at Beoley MOT Centre Ltd and would strongly advise others to be cautious. During my MOT test, they claimed that my brake pads were worn down to 1.5mm and needed immediate replacement. However, after taking the old brake pads with me and measuring them myself, they were actually 5mm thick, meaning they did not need replacing at all! This is a clear example of dishonest upselling, where they charge customers for unnecessary repairs. If I hadn't checked, I would never have known that they replaced good parts for no reason. ⚠ Advice to others: If you get any parts replaced at this garage, always ask for the old parts back. This way, you can check whether they actually needed replacing or if you were just being overcharged for unnecessary work. I would not trust this garage again and suggest looking for a more honest MOT centre.I did not return the old brake pads because I wanted to check their wear and measure them. In my opinion, it is unacceptable to replace parts that are only slightly worn. New brake pads typically have a thickness of 8 to 10mm. In the photos I am attaching, you can see the measurements and their values clearly marked. I encourage you to review the photos and assess who is right in this matter. If I had not kept these brake pads as evidence, you could have claimed that I was making this up. Additionally, your statement is incorrect—I clearly stated that I would pay for the brake pads but not for their replacement, as I believe they were replaced unnecessarily despite being in good condition.

   I recently had a car repair experience that left me questioning the fairness of the labour costs. The 8-hour labour charge of £400 seems excessive, especially considering the current UK market rates. I understand that some repairs may require specialized skills or equipment, but a flat rate of £50 per hour to replace the cambelt in 1.2 Puretech engine seems to be unjustified in 2024. Nobody even call me in the first place to let me know about the cost (oil and cambelt provided myself). Thanks Guys!

   Absolutely brilliant service. Took my van in as the tyre was flat. They very quickly sorted it. Fixed in five minutes and only charge £10. Totally honest people who are very good and efficient at what they do. They have serviced and MOT my van and again did it very professionally with minimum fuss. Need some work doing next year but they showed me via a video why it needed to be done. Awesome

   Had an MOT and full service here yesterday, and the service, professionalism and cost was as ever first class. I first used this garage when I worked in Redditch and someone recommended them to me and it was very convenient. Now I have to make an effort to use them but I will carry on because above all I trust them.

   Poor customer service & they think that they are the only Garrage owners in UK. Very pride attitude cheap character. Very expensive service if you go to other Garrage you can do the service twice on same charge. Very very bad service ever.
