After pranging my car the car was returned to me in a very poor condition ie the new panels were a different colour and orange peel texture but after the 2nd attempt it came back perfect probably as good as when it was a new car very happy now but should have been finished right the 1st time
Repair job of front bumper, grill, undertray and light. Repaired through insurance. Communications were efficient and polite and the wait was relatively short. Courtesy car was a newish and pleasant drive, and both a drop off and collection from home by 2 separate but equally friendly gentlemen. Repair itself looks spot on, and my car has been cleaned very well, and it all took only 3 days. Certainly no complaints here!
The repair took longer than expected and I had to check the online portal for the delay in delivery. When I went to collect the car, I found the job was not done properly. The dent was still present and headlight bumper gap was very much visible. I did not accept the repair job and had to return home with loan car. On my second attempt, the car still had the headlight bumper gap and dent was slightly removed but still visible. Time wasted, I had to return home with loan car again! Only at third attempt, the car was delivered to my home. The dent is acceptable but still not 100% satisfied. Impact centre does accident repair as their main job but failed to rectify the repair job on my car! No quality control and I am very much disappointed with the whole experience. Lastly the loan car was not the equivalent size which was very inconvenient for the whole of repair work.

Tried calling to find out about my car 3 days later no response then get the hire car company trying to charge me as I haven’t returned the car and my cars repaired and I am ‘refusing’ to have it back when in actual face you can’t get in touch with them.

From the moment I arrived at the unit I was met with wonderful Annette who put my mind at rest about my repair they were so kind and helpful nothing as too much trouble the repair was immaculate and I was kept updated through out the process would definitely comment them 10/10 thank you so much
