From pre-sale / design to fitting the process was exceptional and the finished kitchen and utility room is perfect and what we hoped for. Special mention to Madeline who was extremely helpful and patient throughout the design process, regularly updating us throughout each phase etc and Nico who clearly took pride in his work when fitting the kitchen.
Always advocate using a local business whenever possible and overall experience of Tootell & Co (previously Factory Kitchens) is 5 star.

Absolutely great service from start to end. Fantastic design and then redesign from Madeline due our changing requirements. The installation was slick and workmanship excellent. Matt, Nick and team were excellent, professional and courteous throughout.
The design has worked really well including the dimensions and layout. As part of the work the hob mantle was tweaked and improved from design to installation by the fitter and were thrilled with the end result. They went the extra mile and we have a great kitchen now.

Initial sales interaction was Ok, everything went downhill once order was placed. Kitchen turned up with bits missing, had to constantly chase for missing bits. Had to drive to their showroom twice to pick missing bits as they couldn't be bothered to deliver once they got the money.
Rang their office for missing door handles, they told me they had them but somehow gave them to a different customer. Chased them again few days later and Mark told me in a very condescending manner that delays are attributed to Global Supply Chain Breakdown and that I shouldn't complain... Comical.
One of the side panels was missing from original delivery, when I reported it Mark replied saying my fitter must have made a mistake and refused to supply the missing item. My fitter has been fitting kitchens for over 25 years and probably have more knowledge and experience about kitchens than most tradesman out there. Factory kitchen made me pay for the side panel that they never delivered, goes to show the lack of their customer service.
Best bit about the kitchen is Quartz worktop which they sub-contract to another company.
Verdict: I wouldn't recommend or use them every again. It doesn't cost anything to treat people right and to have the common decency to delivery what is promised in a timely manner.
