   I recently had an experience with Sofa Club, and I'd like to share my thoughts. While I appreciate the quality of the products, I believe there is a significant need for improvement in their customer service and communication. It seems that operations for sofas purchased through their outlet are not treated with the same attentiveness as those bought directly from their main website, which can lead to confusion and frustration for customers. On a positive note, I must commend Michelle P., the customer relations manager, for her outstanding service. Her dedication and support truly made a difference during my purchasing experience. It’s clear that the company would benefit from more employees like her, who genuinely care about customer satisfaction. Overall, I hope that Sofa Club can enhance their customer service strategies to ensure a more consistent experience for all customers, regardless of where they make their purchase.    Absolute terrible company. Bought a sofa from here that’s still under warranty and the quality is so bad. The cushion is pretty much none existent any more, it feels like you’re sat on wood and when reported to customer service we were told to pay for a company to assess it before they go any further. Their employee at the Trafford centre said that we wouldn’t have to pay for our own inspection and that sofa club would send out their own assessor. It seems like they don’t even spend the time training up their own employees to know the ins and outs of the business.

   Really poor customer service. Avoid at all costs. Messed me about so much on delivery. Waited in all day. Even at 3pm they were saying over the phone we will deliver it, even though I had a text saying it was cancelled. Then I received another text at 4pm to say they won’t be delivering as it was taken off the delivery van. Said they would be in touch. On Day 3 I decided to contact them to ask for a cancellation. Gave all my details. The lady on what’s app said she was looking into what had happened. Later on today I received a email saying it was cancelled and the refund can take up to 14 days. No explanation on what had happened. I have take 2 days off work, thrown my sofa out for delivery so had nothing for 4 days. Need to go out now and start the whole process again. So so bad.

   Michelle P has been amazing in dealing with our second order with Sofa Club, our order went nothing but smooth with Michelle and her customer service is amazing. We also love our foot stool, amazing quality as all of their furniture is !!! We love it. I had some issues the first time around (not sofa clubs fault the delivery company), Michelle P were so lovely around this and understanding and solved the issue, for this we would always go back and shop with them, very personable staff and genuine people.

   was surprised to see a sofa shop in the middle of trafford centre , but the quality and style was first class , spoke to a guy called mark , very knowledgeable and even managed to work out what would for from photos. all delivered now and no complaints great sofas
