This is actually our second sofa from Natuzzi, and both times the quality and service have been outstanding. It really feels like a brand we can trust, and we couldn’t be happier.

   A huge thank you to Jacob! I have been a returning customer of Natuzzi Trafford, and have known Jacob for several years now. I’ve purchased several pieces over the years, and have never been disappointed with the quality, design and overall customer service, which is very personal. We visited him again last year as we needed a new sofa, and had a great experience. Jacob has a fantastic eye for design and gives excellent advice when it comes to style, the fabrics most suitable for our needs and wearability of each piece. Jacob helped us through the whole process and it ran smoothly. Jacob was always on hand to help with any questions we had and always happy to help. We recently took delivery of our new sofa. We’re very happy and it looks perfect in our space. Thanks again Jacob.

   I visited the store in Trafford Palazzo for the first time and met with Mr Jacob. I found a great deal and services from him. He was very friendly and approachable. He gave us ample time to look around ourselves before explaining about the different ranges and quality of products. The store itself was beautifully designed with a wide variety of furniture. I highly recommend and would certainly consider Natuzzi Trafford again for any future purchases. Look forward to receiving my product.

   We recently received our Natuzzi Editions Speranza sofa, having dealt largely with the wonderful Aida who went above and beyond from the outset. Jacob was also very helpful when Aida was not working. Regarding the product, the fabric and the craftsmanship is even more beautiful than we had expected and we are thrilled with our purchase. Regarding delivery, this was requested for after 1st Feb and it was delivered on 6th March, so quite some time after the 1st Feb. We were told at the start of Jan that it was on track for mid-Feb but it was not possible to find out the eta until the sofa arrived in the UK as there was no head office number and the team in store could not find out. This was fine for us with our renovation schedule, but can imagine this would have been difficult under other circumstances. The delivery team, though, was excellent - speedy and mindful of where they were walking and the new floors that had been laid. They even waited while I ran to the shop to buy furniture pad protectors. All in all, a great product that was well worth the wait. Will definitely buy from Natuzzi again going forward!

   Absolutely horrible experience here. Jacob is highly unprofessional and extremely rude. When I walked in with my daughter Jacob and another member of staff didn’t look impressed at all.. he then made an insult about her which was really uncalled for! Something about touching the furniture! Really poor customer service! It’s a shame Natuzzi is hiring such staff!No wonder this store is always empty! Signs point to a closure soon.

   Not a family friendly store. I visited the store with my children who were just sitting on a sofa while I and my wife were trying to find a suitable 3 and 2 seater sofas. A member of staff came to me saying we have a CCTV camera so make sure children do not touch any show pieces as they are over 1k. Given the fact that the store didn’t display a sign that children must be supervised. In fact my children were just sitting on a sofa because I told them that we are looking to purchase a sofa. I found this absolutely rude, insulting and unprofessional. Avoid at all cost.
