   Very good store. Staff very helpful. BUT ordered curtains and then told had to come and pay in store when they were fitted, meaning a 2 hours round trip for 30 second card read! Really in 2025.

   A larger store which you can spend hours in. A nice store to walk around, with so much choice. Well worth a visit. Carpark is always very busy and often a queue to get a parking place at busy times of the day.

   Unusually dishevelled and unbelievably busy. Lovely cafe served by 2 young members of staff who were working quickly and efficiently, yet there was still a long delay (15 minutes) even though we were the 4th customers. Note to Management - you need more staff in your cafe and more user friendly equipment.

   I often go to Stockport Dunelm . I like the good quality products, there's plenty of choice . Today I visited and was offered help from a young lady called Megan . Megan was an absolute joy , she was so helpful and had very positive attitude. You can tell she enjoys her job. I definitely enjoyed my shopping experience today and Megan made it so much easier and pleasant. I think she goes above and beyond to help people with a smile. I saw her after helping another customer and again with a beautiful bright demeanor. Well done Megan you should be appreciated by Dunelm ,I'm sure they can see your sparkle and caring nature. It makes me look forward to shopping at the store again. I bought some beautiful bedding and a really nice kettle .

   Fabulous assistant. Helped us find and buy a pair of curtains, which, without her help, would have been overwhelming. By the way, there is a large selection of ready made curtains. They did not disappoint.

   Disappointed in the cafe. The refurbishments are very nice, and the service is good, but the food has gone downhill. Small, dry potato (despite explicitly requesting butter), and very watery tea. Came out today specifically for this, and wish I had not bothered

   I think some products are too costly and some products are reasonable. You need to see around for your stuff and compare with other. What I want is halogen heater and it is reasonable. You must see online before visiting. They have everything online.
