   Today my husband and I visited this store. Quite frankly, we had a shopping experience the like of which we have rarely had. We had the pleasure of being assisted by Zac, who from the moment we entered the shop was the epitome of curtesy, helpfulness and knowledgeable consideration. Having had such a positive experience with Zac I sought out the store manager, who was on a day off as it transpired. I was then assisted by Zeer, another delightful and exceptional young man. The benchmark for customer service in my book is John Lewis, and today surpassed them. Thank you Zac, it truly was our pleasure to meet you.

   Shambled. If you're thinking about it. Don't. Go anywhere else, or save your cash. Bought a mattress on the subject of you having your own delivery drivers, we've had our data moved twice and we've only had the delivery booked in for 5 and half days. We could have got a next-day online delivery for your snake oil sales led us to believe delivery dates were fixed. Oh well, I guess me and my post-partum will sleep on the floor for Christmas.

   We were served by Sam and Zack and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we walked in, Sam was very friendly and made us feel welcome, offered us drinks, and took the time to explain the different mattress types and options without ever making us feel rushed. He even helped us use a special machine to find the mattress that was perfect for us. Zack also kindly helped carry our items to the car. It was clear they really knew their stuff. They both answered all our questions and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. Thanks guys :)

   Great place, good choice. I was feeling good about the purchase but I had been told the bed was an easy flatpack assembly. I definitely wasn't. I had to pay an experienced fitter £52 and it took him over an hour. Result was good until that final rip-off. - Pity.

   Very helpful, understanding and patient. Bed not delivered yet - but assume that any issues will be dealt with in the same manner. It is possible to buy cheaper - but people spend £1,000 on a Smart TV, so why wouldn't you do the same to get a quality bed/mattress - it's far more important to sleep well.

   Awful beds, was assured over and over again by the sales rep in store that the matress would like 8 years. Had a matress for 7 months and its already started to sink. I rang the customer service and they refused a swapout due to a little yellow mark on the matress. Complete waste for £700. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

   Awful experience. Purchased in store. The guy who sold us the beds lied through his teeth and told us the delivery men would assemble the bed for us all on the day. They don't. Paid in full, waited 8 weeks for it to be delivered. Told the day before delivery that the mattress wasn't in stock and no one had any idea when it would be back or when I would get it. Come delivery day the delivery men said they do have the mattress but delivered the bed to the wrong house and had to go back and get it. Just an embarrassing service from start to finish.
