   I actually like the store, great choice of everything, but after going today I don't think I will be going again after the disgusting attitude of one of the staff members, the way she spoke to my mum was appalling, my mum simply said excuse me please could you tell me, she rudely stopped her mid sentence and said I'm talking to someone and walked away. We waited till she finished speaking to the person thinking she would of come back to us but she walked away, my mum commented that she should do her job properly for her to walk back and say what did you say? I told her she was very rude for the way she spoke to my mum, her reply was well she was right in my face and again walked away. She actually came across as having an aggressive attitude. Seriously needs to improve on her customer service skills as she didn't have any.

   I experienced poor customer service from the till staff. They became quite annoyed when I informed them that I was there to pick up my items from a click-and-collect order. They insisted that I needed to find a code at the front of the store and then return to the till, when im heavily pregnant. claiming its standard procedure. However, the online instructions stated that I should go directly to the collection point which is the till and there will be code. so i would like to know if this is a training issue on the staff members before or they have a different standard procedure to all other dunelm stores that dunelm is unaware of? Not only that, but when they finally retrieved my items, they didnt hand them to me nicely, slide them towards me at me at the till. Overall, the customer service was absolutely terrible, as the staff seemed irritated that I've asked them to do the job they are paid for..

   We went to the Altrincham branch and found it a change to the Stockport store we found all the dorma beding we wanted more choice than Stockport, the only thing that we weren't impressed with was the click and collect ,I placed my order on the Friday and it was ready by Sunday which I found very quick,,we went back to collect it and the order contained 1 dirty cushion and the other had a broken zip these were the ones we saw in the store when we shopped and had paid £44.00 for the privilege not very happy it should have been checked before getting order ready would think twice about it next time.

   I bought a top of the range duvet set which started to fray after 2.5 months. Very disappointing quality. I went back in to show the manager. I had no receipt but had bank statement proof. He wasnt prepared to offer any compensation. Poor customer service

   Visited the store to look for curtains (didn't have the size in-store for the style I wanted) and to have some lunch at the cafe, ordered a toasted tea cake (they're massive I only had half, it was enough), a banoffe muffin and of course a hot chocolate, which was all absolutely delicious. The £1 cake with any main offer meant 3 teas, a hot chocolate, two soups, a toasted tea cake and 3 cakes came to just £22!! Brilliant. Service was quick and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

   Really happy with my purchases. Its really great to be able to get the tracks and curtains for work every time I go . Never disappointed. Plenty of bits to dress rooms , and the posher clients are so happy .

   This is one of those shops you nip in to buy a couple of things and you come out with a full basket. It is amazing I absolutely loved it, everything for the home and more. It also a cafe which is very nice and the staff are really polite and friendly. The store itself is well lit, clean and it is easy to find everything you are looking for. In fact I found more than I was actually looking for but that is just a bonus. Well worth a visit and I will definitely visit again.
