   Great service. Best KwikFit I’ve been too. RM is a really knowledgeable tech. Very friendly staff all around. Have been to some other branches where I have had the slightly annoying ‘keen to upsell’ vibes - not here, very sound advice always and very reassuring. Will be going back for sure.

   Roy and Ray were fantastic! They were really kind and made me feel comfortable as a women visiting a garage. I came in with my car as it was making a funny noise.    Fantastic service! Went in to have a tire checked before going on holiday, seen so quickly! Very friendly and lovely with the children, even gave them Easter eggs! Excellent customer service and kindness from who I assume was the manager. Will definitely be returning in the future!

   I cannot recommend this branch enough. They have really competitive prices and a sterling service. As a girl I am often anxious about taking my car to be repaired, but here, there is no intimidation, no ripping off, no technical language that goes over your head. I first took my car to be balanced in 2022 and was so impressed with the service I got from Manager Jordan that I returned to have my tyres changed today. Dan was very courteous and professional and my car’s suspension coil was sorted within a few hours without any hassle or fuss whatsoever. Would highly recommend this branch to anyone!
