Service and MOT is fine. But I am not at all happy with Air Con repair. They claim it is working. But whenever it is needed in hot weather, I find it is not at all working!! I was charged 400 !
Love this place so don’t to earth and relaxed . Great bunch of lads and loved the 2 ladies in reception we were chatting like we’d known each other forever . And Wayne too is a lovely guy
What great service. Helpful, friendly. Work always completed in the stated timescale. In my experience they go out of their way to help , sometimes way beyond reasonable expectations. I can’t fault them

Charged wrong price initially, would not let me cancel the deposit already paid. Tyre pressure on front 2 new tyres kept v low!! Seems to keep going down £72/tyre, three tyres bought!!
Unless you wish to be ripped off and verbally abused then I do not recommend this garage to anyone. We had used them before against advise from neighbours and although the job was always done we had dirty oil marks on the interior and the car left in a state. On our most recent visit however, the car had an issue with the bearings on the rear diff. After 4 long weeks of chasing, chasing and being told numerous different stories I eventually went into the shop as I also wanted to collect items from the car - i asked legitimate questions regarding the whereabouts of my car which was clearly not in the shop and had to threaten reporting it stolen before I was told where the car was. It was sent to another garage and albeit was fixed eventually it wasn't after being charged 3 times the price of the other garage who actually fixed it and assault being reported to the police. And we had to refuse the price increase of the original quote (a regular trick of theirs)! We will never use this garage again and I urge anyone to think twice before using their services.
