   Family run business with a great atmosphere from the front door, they care more for their customers then chain garages and from my experience get to know returning customers personally. Been looking after all my cars for a fair few years now and not once had a bad experience. Very knowledgeable and clued up on the trade and would definitely recommend.

   After being given an mot failure with a bill for needing 2 new headlights at a cost of £1000, I courteously asked the garage that I would prefer a second opinion from another garage that I use. He became extremely aggressive and used obscenities towards me. At the time I was on speaker phone and it was so aggressive that it actually frightened my wife and children. I will never use this garage again and if you hear the recording then please search TAE Aldridge rant on you tube. Edit. The car was taken elsewhere and passed with inky a minor advisory on a perished gaiter.

   Contacted TAE regarding the electrics on my Toyota Alphard after really struggling to find someone to look at it. From the first point of contact they were polite and courteous. They got me in the next day and the job was more difficult than anticipated but they were upfront and honest and did the job for me. Picked it up tonight and couldn’t be happier. They’ve done a brilliant job at a price I’m happy with and all the staff I came in to contact with were lovely. I would definitely recommend TAE. Just used them for a second time.
