This garage did a thorough inspection and then asked me why I wanted the tyres replaced? It turns out that they had more than enough tread for 10k plus miles left…..saved me £1k+ Very refreshing to experience such immense quality and honesty. I travelled 10+ miles to use this garage when there are so many within 2-3 miles of my address”

“Plastic Padding chemical metal is amazingly good material. Bonded parasol’s “tube” to its base very effectively using several layers. Far more effective than some other “rubbish “. Store it carefully especially the little tube of hardener. Excellent product.”

After trying other nearby garages, who had no availability for the next few days, I called King Garage. They fit me in straight away and fixed the issue within just a few hours. The reception team were very good with my initial enquiry, explaining the processes they would be using, the timescales and the cost. They fitted me in the same day and completed the work sooner than originally estimated. They did a really excellent job and I cannot tell there was any damage at all. “I don’t usually write reviews as I just expect businesses and companies to treat their customers with respect but not only did dku do this for me , they also went above and beyond for me, making me feel more than just a customer , they listened , they guided me through every single step and made sure I was happy to go ahead with each section , also never forced me to buy or do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. The free hot chocolates on my two visits were just the icing on the cake , guys listen to me , these people are the real deal who put the customer before anything else and genuinely make you feel assured. “My local BMW/Mini dealership wanted to charge an extortionate amount of money to fix a faulty on my Mini Cooper Automatic transmission. I had this fixed by Ian who put me in touch with Marc, his business partner. As I was travelling from over 3 hours away and needed a full service & MOT it seamed a perfect situation to get it done at same time. Initially I was a bit apprehensive because I didn't know the area and it was long way for me to travel. Marc and Ian made it very clear in their communications of the work they would carry out and the costings. For me they did a great job and wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.
