   I don’t usually write reviews as I just expect businesses and companies to treat their customers with respect but not only did dku do this for me , they also went above and beyond for me, making me feel more than just a customer , they listened , they guided me through every single step and made sure I was happy to go ahead with each section , also never forced me to buy or do anything I wasn’t comfortable doing. The free hot chocolates on my two visits were just the icing on the cake , guys listen to me , these people are the real deal who put the customer before anything else and genuinely make you feel assured. My Ds3 performance line sounds like a totally different beast now thanks to the team at Dku , it’s a shame that I can only give them 5 stars as that seems far too low. Much love to these guys! ❤️

   Was quoted 150 quid to have a my gpf AND Flexi pipe for my i20N replaced with a aftermarket parts . After I received the parts, I phoned asking to come down to get the parts fitted, and they magically changed the price to a higher price despite agreeing a price on the phone previously. After speaking to the manager, he said he would review the previous call as it was recorded and after reviewing the call, he agreed to honour the original quote which was given. I then came in to get the parts fitted, and their incompetent techs couldn't get the original gpf Flexi off my car stating the O2 sensor thread was damaged and cross threaded, and that I would have to buy a new one. Bare in mind the car is only a year old (24 plate) and the cost of a new 02 sensor is 300 quid, which these guys were encouraging me to buy. I didn't listen to their advice (thank god). And just paid to have my gpf delete installed and told them to leave the aftermarket Flexi. These con men still charged me 150 quid just for the gpf delete alone (for context, cobra sport charge 75 quid for the same install). I then posted by terrible experience on social media, to which the owner of RPM performances (the makers of the aftermarket parts I wanted fitting) reached out to me and asked me to come down to their workshop to get the gpf Flexi fitted. I took the car down to their workshop and explained what the techs at DKU performance told me about the Cross threaded O2 sensor. They were able to take off the original gpf flexi in 5 minutes and showed me the O2 sensor close up, and that there was nothing wrong with the sensor or thread at all and that I had been effectively conned. I then phoned up DKU performance, just to let them know what had happened for feedback, but was told that my O2 sensor will fail eventually and that the manager trusts the words of his techs. Anyways, I was not going to post this review until I took my car into servicing at Hyundai recently, where I asked them to check the O2 sensor. The technician who serviced my car, who also owns the same car as me, said that the sensor was completely fine, and whoever had checked my car at DKU performance was clueless. Really disappointing stuff to be honest from DKU, was looking to get more exhaust stuff done here with my Kia stinger GTS and EP3 seeing as they are not too far, but I will stay clear of these guys and tell my mates to do the same, absolute con men.

   My Renault Captur went into limp mode due to a DPF warning - Critical engine fault code. Called up DKU got me in within 30mins to do a full DPF clean. They did a clean out of the filter, cleared and reset the codes. took it for a blast on the motorway and solved the DPF issue. Would highly recommend. Great service.

   Customer service and quality of work is 1000 times better than any other exhaust shop I’ve contacted. Everyone at DKU Performance is lovely, informative, and friendly. Had an electronic valved cat-back done to my Hyundai i30 fastback, the car sounds much more louder and more aggressive. Made a 2 hour journey from Luton and I do not regret it one bit. Would definitely make the trip again in the future.

   I sent them an enquiry, they called me the next day to discuss details, we switched to WhatsApp to exchange some videos and photos of exhausts. They booked me in Saturday due to a cancellation they had. The service throughout was absolutely class, explained and talked through everything, no attempt to push me to spend more money, quite the opposite. The workmanship and quality on the exhaust is second to none with an incredible attention to detail, I've never seen anyone so OCD about an exhaust tip being perfectly alligned. It wasn't cheap but it was as expected and you definitely get what you pay for. If you want premium quality and service expect to pay a premium price but it was not unfair. You pay for their skill and knowledge. I got a full cat-back exhaust with a large mid box and dual tips at the rear. Couldn't be happier with the result. I shall be back at some point regardless of the 2 hour drive. Credit to Lee who dealt with my enquiry and discussed the exhaust with me and credit to Waj who built it all. The DKU experience was as good as the other reviews suggested. P.s. I'd love to get a copy of the videos of the exhaust if possible, I need proof of how good it is!

   Put in for a quote for a dual exit back section. After a couple phone calls and a brief meeting to discuss options I was promptly booked in a few days later. Staff are very friendly and the guy carrying out the work obviously takes pride in what he does. Would definitely go again for any exhaust work I need doing and was a good price too. Overall really happy with the quality :)

   Very customer centric shop. Was a pleasure doing business with. Guys are friendly, taking you through the process and updates you on the progress. Hospitality at its best. Now quality: nice alignment and fitment, sound is what I asked for, so ticks all the boxes. Material quality is good.
