A few weeks ago, I visited the store and was helped by a very kind gentleman who assisted me in choosing a sofa. Today, I went back to purchase it, but he wasnβt there. The staff on duty a white man in his 40 didnβt greet customers or offer any help. I tried asking a few questions, but it didnβt seem to lead anywhere, so I decided to shop elsewhere. In the end, I realized that good service really depends on the people, not the place.

We had a great experience shopping at the White City branch of Sofology. Will was the shop assistant who helped us and he was really helpful but not in an overbearing way. He was respectful and personable, navigating us through the process with humour and helpful advice/guidance. We are really happy with the sofa he helped us to decide on and would shop here again.

Be careful what you looking for!! We went into the store looking for a sofa around 240cm wide. The sales assistant showed us one on display labelled as 233cm β perfect for our space. We trusted her to place the order for that exact model, but instead she ordered a smaller version, using a similar-looking photo on the order form. There were no measurements shown, just a picture, so we had no reason to think anything was wrong. When the sofa arrived, we realized it was noticeably smaller than what we saw in-store. When we raised the issue, they admitted it was a different size β but still wanted to charge us Β£400 for exchange fee plus different in price for the bigger size. Absolutely shocking service. We went in-store to avoid this kind of issue, only to be misled and stuck with a product we didnβt ask for. The lack of accountability is unbelievable. Be warned: donβt rely on the sales team to get it right. Double-check every single detail yourself, or youβll end up paying for their mistake. Not the kind of experience youβd expect when spending that much money.

Purchased a sofa yesterday. Never been to a Sofology store before. Will initially greeted us said how the store works, then we left to have a look around. We found a sofa we liked and Will took us the rest of the way. Really friendly and easy to speak to so 10/10 for Will. Looking forward to receiving our sofa in due course. Only bit of feedback is to Sofology as a company. Sort out the delivery price I think itβs expensive. Also look at removing the old sofa too.

Staff member was very attentive but lots of communication issues. If a member of staff states you have 24/48 hours to change your mind about a purchase, my understanding was I was able to cancel the order, which I tried to do. I was informed you can not cancel but can change the colour/material only. Customer service gave no breathing space and did not advise me I could pick a different chair from the store, the words the staff are told use are very misleading. They read from a script

Fantastic quality sofas. Bit pricier than other high street furniture places like DFS but youβre paying for quality. Great service provided by Happy, he was super helpful, made the process run smoothly especially with setting up finance & he didnβt try to rush us into making a decision, as we were back & fourth between a couple of designs! Look forward to receiving in 9 weeks!

I went in today with my mum, who isnβt the most decisive person at the best of times. We were met by a lovely lady named Helen, who was so nice to us both. Really helpful and at no time gave us the hard sell. She tried her best to help, and even bought over another fella called Chris to help us out. Itβs not very often I do reviews but sometimes things happen when the service is so good that I feel I have to tell others. Brilliant service both of you thank you so much

Great experience sofa shopping with Jared. Not too full on or pushy, got us a coffee and gave us the time we needed to decide. Didn't try to influence our decision. Went for the Cedar, and delivery expected within 5 weeks. Can tailor the finance to yourself. Thanks
