   Rachel was an incredibly knowledgeable team member — in addition to her knowledge, she was also so patient! I don’t think I’ve ever made a retail purchase before where I felt so informed and positive: a faster decision that I usually make by far (I expected to be unable to decide on mattresses, to be honest), and no buyer’s remorse here, which is rare for me!

   Had a great experience at Dreams in White City. The moment I walked through the door I was greated with a warm welcome and a smile. Assed was super knowledgeable and extremely friendly. He offered us a hot drink and listened to what we needed. We used the sleep match. We were given time to ourself to test and check out the suggested mattresses. Overall the experience we had was outstanding so a big thank you to Assed and Fez for a great experience from start to finish.

   Excellent service from a young lady when looking at adjustable beds, mattress & headboard at Manchester, White City Retail Park. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name but recollect it begins with 'B'. Very patient, helpful & knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble for her. Went to the store initially to check sizes, heights & prices. I was very impressed with with the quality of the products & service from staff I ended up purchasing the bed whilst there. I would certainly recommend Dreams.

   Adam was extremely helpful in assisting my partner and I as we tried out a number of beds after a go on the Sleepmatch. Though we didn't make a purchase in-store as we were still assessing our options, we happily confirmed our choice online shortly afterwards. Give that man a raise; he really knows his stuff and made us feel so welcome.

   Truly pleasant buying experience. Shoutout to Taylor for being so patient and helpful throughout the whole buying process. She was not pushy at all and offered good advice. Prices are reasonable and there are good value for money options, the best ones possibly being Dreams own brand. There is ample parking onsite.

   So poor ! Terrible service after my daughter and her boyfriend travelled for 2 +hours from Nottingham ti have a relaxing stay for his birthday. They were turned away at 11pm by the security guard why would not let them check in as my daughter is 20 years and 2 months old , her boyfriend is 21 . She works as cabin crew and has stayed in hotels all over the world but this ridiculous place woukd not let her stay due to being an adult at age 20 . The. to add insult to injury won’t refund her for the 2 nights that she booked . Avoid avoid , or you may get turfed out and be without accommodation at an unearthly hours .
