Great customer service from Adam. Gave us lots of helpful advice and was patient while we chose the right bed and mattress. Would certainly recommend Bensons at Stockport and will use again in the future.
What should have been a 90 minute build turned in to a 6 hour Marathon. Once we had tried to make the supplied (supposed) 35mm bolts hold the base to the frame for 2 hours , we then measured and found the bolts to be 25mm. we had to go travelling the northwest for an hour to find similar bolts. £16 later we found some. The bed flew together after this episode. Second bed from bensons now and both have had wrong (missing) parts. Thankfully the bed is great.
We were able to purchase that for which we visited Bensons. The assistant was very helpful in advising us and showing us the best products to meet our requirements. It is not a product we would consider purchasing online as it is something which needs to be tried before purchase. Bensons provided a store near enough for us to visit with the range of products which we could try. The service was good the sales assistant excellent providing the information to help in our purchase together with outlining the options available. It is also useful in knowing that, should the product proved not to be right, Bensons give that reassurance and support in its aftersales service.

Excellent customer service from Adam at the Stockport Branch. Delivery within the scheduled time by Malc and Ben who were also excellent in delivering the new mattress and removing the old one.
I could not fault the delivery service I had from Bensons. I was kept fully informed of what to expect and when and received notice toon of delivery which arrived promptly within the time window. Both gentlemen who delivered my very heavy mattress were courteous and could not have done more.
We had very good service at this store when buying a new bed. Elizabeth and Lynn were both very helpful, really knew the products and made the purchase as hassle free as possible.
Helpful and knowledgeable staff, no pressure selling. From purchase to delivery the service from Bensons was excellent. The mattress / divan removal was really useful and worth the money, especially living in a first apartment. This is a service that a lot of other furniture firms no longer offer. Would highly recommend.
I spent £3,500 in October 2022 on a bed and a mattress. Now on my 3rd delivery date. I've paid three mortgage payments and not slept a night there yet. Continually booking a day off from my self employed business to be told parts are missing sir... parts are missing sir... parts are missing sir. Why in this modern age do this company repeatedly give you definite delivery for something they don't have physically in a UK warehouse? If literally anyone cares about this my order number is - A6832348 Please assist.
Sharp practice- bed and head board must be bought together at an inclusive price- further 10% offered if mattress bought in same deal. However, this is not off the headline price but off the bed minus the headboard. Prompt payment made but delivery took 3 months (subject to a months delay). One box was missing (due on Monday 28th Nov.) so I'm unable to comment on the product. The delivery team and staff were generally pleasant and helpful.
