Had our kitchen renovated by them. Reasonable quality and pricing. Delivered on agreed date. Though dismayed with their installer Uldis, who worked with the snail’s pace. Finished way beyond the estimated time. Left the rubble uncleared. Overall, would recommend the kitchen.
Absolutely love our new kitchen and couldn’t be happier with MLS from start to finish. Jon was knowledgeable, helpful, and never pushy. He guided us through all the options, helped with samples and every detail. The fitting was excellent. Joe and Dave were outstanding, skilled joiners who took real pride in their work, kept us involved, and offered great advice throughout. The finished kitchen is stunning. The quality is exceptional, far better than high-street kitchens and better value. I highly recommend MLS Kitchens.
Highly recommend. Just had our kitchen and an alcove unit fitted. Jon was very helpful and Keith and Gaz the fitters were very efficient and also fitted our flooring and skirting. Very reasonably priced for high quality materials.

Installation was smooth and efficient; everything was completed on time with great attention to details. We have had some extensive work done to our home and part of this saw a complete change of our kitchen and where it's located in the house. We approached the usual brands but after seeing a social media advert I thought it was worth having a look at MLS. We booked an appointment one evening and met with Jon. Jon talked us through options and within 48 hours we had plans and a price drawn up. We hit some snags along the way with the building work so it was a couple of months later before we could progress things. We met with Jon again and changed some things around and hit a revised price. Jon was really patient with us, never pressuring us to make a decision and going back and forth with changes as we requested them. When we were eventually in a position to proceed everything was done quickly and smoothly and installation took place as planned by Joe and his son. They were excellent. We had a slight issue with a transformer for the LED lights but a quick message to Jon and it was very promptly sorted. Overall we have been really impressed with the service from MLS and love our new kitchen. A much better experience than the big name brands.
I was recommend MLS and received excellent service right up until it was installed: Less than a year after installation I contacted them with a problem I had with my drawers and they are clearly not interested in sorting out the problem. They’ve now stopped replying to my messages. I have been nothing but polite and patient throughout and to be ignored like this is not nice. We saved for quite a long time for this kitchen and to receive such poor after-service and be left with a kitchen that is not 100% is upsetting.

0845 number to ring is outdated. Nobody uses these numbers. Very expensive for me to ring so won't bother. No you are completely wrong with your reply. My phone can't even call you because you are a premium number. These 0845 numbers nearly all companies stopped because people would not ring them.
Arduous journey getting our kitchen because of Covid related delays, but Phil kept in touch throughout and we got our Beautiful kitchen! Couldn't be more happy with it, and Cameron and his team were amazing for the install. Managed it all himself, lovely guy, and went well above and beyond throughout and the finish is top notch, couldn't recommend him and his team higher!
Excellent service and highly recommended ... We recently decided to do a complete revamp of our kitchen and after speaking with and having designs and quotes from several companies we decided to go with MLS kitchens, our decision was based on the design and interaction with their designer as well as the cost. David, the MLS designer was extremely professional and understanding of our needs and hopes as to the style and function of the kitchen we wanted. He made suggestions and backed them all up with reasons as to how and why the design could and would be more effective both in looks and function. The whole process took slightly longer than was planned for but this was due to problems with our floor. Richard the MLS fitter, advised us as to the floor problem and helped resolve the issue. David designed and project managed the whole process and has been available at anytime to answer questions from the first day we met until the kitchen was finished. A very professional job from the MLS team has created the fantastic kitchen we had hoped for at a price that made us very happy.
