   Very happy with the service. Samples came promptly and they were a good likeness of the colours on the website. Have subsequently order a new chaise settee! **Our sette/chaise has now arrived and we're super happy with it. The sample was a perfect match and really happy with the colour. Its also very comfy and we've had lots of nice compliments from visitors! Delivery was also excellent, on time as promised and the delivery people were very careful not to damage paintwork/carpet etc when moving it in and setting up. Wouldn't hesitate to order again - 100% recommend.

   So far absolutely first class! Will be moving to Shropshire in early February and will be ordering at least two sofas from The English Sofa Company. Sent my request in for sample fabrics and these were received via the post within three days. All fabric samples were of a reasonable size to allow me to assess the quality and softness of each sample. I had deliberately selected the samples from the different categories offered and can say that I found all of them to be of very high quality. Will be looking forward to making my final selection once I have moved.

   We found the staff very helpful when we had queries about the leather suitability in a house with a cat. They were also helpful with other odd queries we had during the ordering process. We placed our order and now await with anticipation the sofa itself. The range of sofas was good and they had the size we were hoping to purchase.

   I requested leather samples and a brochure to choose 2 lovely sofas. When I recieved them I couldn't believe the thickness, colour and quality of them. I read the excellent reviews on Trustpiolot, stating the quality and how comfortable these sofas are, and the excellent guarantee given, so I know that when my choice is made i won't go wrong in purchasing, and I look forward in doing so.

   I am so impressed with the quality, comfort and service. We bought the Newbury sofa + pouffe in Avelino fabric and we're finally comfortable for the first time in 6 years. We went to the showroom twice to sit on it and it was a very chilled experience as no one was hassling us like in other stores. We waited 7 weeks and it was a very straightforward experience; the deposit and the remainder before delivery. The sofa was very competitively priced too. Absolutely chuffed with it.

   Sofa ordered on 28th Feb; the money was debited the same day. Finally a sofa arrived today, 13 July despite an 8-10 week delivery estimate. It has no legs and is entirely different from the one we ordered. My 73 yr old mum, on whose behalf I am posting, is in tears with frustration given the countless calls she’s made over the last 2 months to get some news on a revised deliver date. Promised delivery dates have come and gone, and promised call backs have not happened. She’s had no sofa to sit on for some months now and now has a random legless one! I will call again the company again tomorrow to give them a yet another chance to put things right and post again to update on their response.

The prompt delivery of the leather samples helped us to decide the type and colour of the sofa from a wide variety of choice options. The staff at the customer/sales service were really helpful. We are delighted with the quality and comfort of the sofa.
