   We visited IMA Outlet and really liked one of their corner sofas, but the customer service completely put us off. The staff seemed uninterested and gave very short answers, while we noticed another family was treated much more warmly. It made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We ended up not buying the sofa mainly because of the poor service, which was disappointing since we genuinely liked the product. We later bought a lovely sofa from Heatons Furniture Outlet, where the experience was much more positive.

   Very unprofessional and terrible customer service. I purchased an item which was delivered the next day. I called few hours after it was delivered to complain about the purchase. Only to be spoken to by a rude and condescending person who didn’t even allow me speak, explain or ask questions. When I asked that he allow me speak I was told to “shut up” and hung up on me. Only make purchases from them if you want to be disrespected.

   Easy to find, little bit tricky to reverse into the yard, but take your time and a shunt or two and you'll get in okay. The staff are polite, hard working and unloaded my 45ft container in around 40 minutes. Always punctual and professional, one of the easier jobs on my list of deliveries.

   Really helpful staff, lots of bargains to be had. New stock delivered every Tuesday and Wednesday from well known retailers and manufacturers. They do provide a delivery drop off service locally. There is a good selection of products to choose from beds, mattresses, sofas, tables to name a few. They take cash payments upfront. They do have social distancing in place with hand sanitizer stations on entry and exit to the premises.
