    I want a certain furniture board, this company stocks it,they won't sell it to me because it's trade only, I'm 66 and been in the trade 50yrs but they won't sell it to me because I don't have an account with them. I Told them George Hills round the corner can get it in for me and got no response. I have run my own businesses over the 50yrs in the building trade and I would of suggested using one of our cash accounts or my own. So I'm going to GEORGE HILL TIMBER OLDHAM tomorrow. GOOD LUCK IN THE FUTURE.

    Rude to disabled people. A delivery driver from this company blocked a disabled neighbour’s access and was extremely rude to her when she asked how log he would be. I challenged the drivers behaviour and pointed out she was disabled, to which he smirked and shrugged his shoulders. He was then rude to myself. I contacted the company who said there’s not much they can do as their drivers aren’t normally rude to disabled people. Strongly advise anyone to avoid using this company if this is how their staff conduct themselves towards disabled people.

    An excellent 5* product range. This could be a 5* business, but unfortunately it is spoiled by the unhelpful attitude of the frontline staff on the Trade Counter. They need training in Customer Relations.

    Paid and ordered panels for my kitchen 3 week ago they were meant to be ready for the 15th july got a message saying theres been a delay but had no reply back to when the product will be in stock or ready. Bad service from them upto now. Very dissapointed considering the recommendation.
