   Excellent, charmingly old-school service from Dima at this Charles Thrwhitt Store. I was looking for a shirt for a funeral and flailing a bit - Dima was courteous and unobtrusive, and knows his trade extremely well.

   Terrible customer service. You’re not allowed to try on new shirts, yet they don’t have all sizes and fits available for trial. Instead, you’re expected to buy, take them home, and return them if they don’t fit — a frustrating and time-wasting process. To make matters worse, when it came time to pay, it took over 10 minutes for the staff to process the sale. And then companies wonder why people no longer choose to shop on the high street.

   Came in Stratford store to spend on 2 shirts. Was helped by two staff members who were really nice. The lady serving on the till was super friendly and I was super comfortable, wanted to buy more but I suddenly noticed another lady coming upto her very aggressively and blamed her for something. The tone was very rude and I don’t know how it is acceptable to speak to a colleague in that tone at a workplace that too, in front of me. I was shocked and felt really bad for the lady in the scarf at the till. She was very apologetic to me despite it not being her fault and handled the situation very maturely. I hope the rest of the colleagues are treated properly coz if not, that is a very toxic environment. The shopping experience in general was good though but, I am putting this out there to make sure staff is treated fairly and should be coached on how to behave in front of customers

   I wanted to try on a slim fit shirt in store. The sample shirt given to me in the fitting room was in disgusting condition with the collar drenched in sweat stains. Completely unhygienic. I don’t think the shirt has ever seen the inside of a washing machine! I’ve never come across anywhere that offers such dirty clothes to try on with only one size available per dirty shirt.

   I was disappointed in the lack of white shirt styles available in this shop which prides itself as one of THE shirt shops. Just the same shirts as everywhere else. Other than that, it's nice and accessible with polite staff. Good disabled access. It is part of the Westfield shopping complex.

   I couldn’t be more disappointed. I bought an expensive coat and payed £40 on top of it to get it fit. When I came to collect it, not only the length was wrong but the sleeve was also not straight. I refuse to believe it was done by a “professional”. Additionally, a few days later when I returned to the store to collect the coat, the store was closed even though google says it opens at 8:00. I had to wait for 45 minutes while the salesman, who could just have handled me the coat, was inside the store but he didn’t care enough. Id give zero if I could.

   Awesome experience, ordered a suit online, didn't fit exactly, went into store, Sayeed spent probably close to an hour with me, making sure we found the perfect size for every piece. Superb customer experience. Would definitely recommend.
