The bed was delivered with a broken headboard, which means it arrived already damaged. This is completely unacceptable. I contacted customer service immediately, but the issue was never properly resolved. They ignored the problem and failed to offer a replacement, repair, or refund. This shows extremely poor quality control and even worse after-sales service. I regret this purchase and would strongly advise others to avoid this seller.

Do not donate to this place. They are absolutely ridiculous! They wanted brand new not even a tiny scratch on the furniture- they want BRAND NEW furniture donated! Its laughable. And the pieces they sell are marked up and scratched by the delivery men when they deliver to your house and they will refuse to take this back and give refunds. Tbe dleivery drivers are absolutely ridiculous! And so is this store. They sell the items donated for extortionate price and mark upnthings when delivering but when you donate they come to your house and state they need BRAND new items as their storehouse is full and can only take brand new. Disgraceful. Wont be shopping or donating to this place again!

Bougie staff. Ur a charity shop Getting things for free. I was donating a sofa bought brand new 6 months earlier. They refused to take it because the sofa seat was very slightly flattened... As if it couldn't be re fluffed. Honestly tired of this shop. U got in and they're selling. Things for crazy prices too. Asking hundreds for things they got free!

This is a second hand furniture store supporting The British Heart Foundation. Not everything here is cheap.

I bought a soft set for £80 and they charged £33 for delivery but delivery guys failed to take the sofa inside my house and asked me to contact store. I been to store to look for another sofa and they again pitching for delivery which is rediculous. My question to you is why do I pay for your mistake when you know that you can’t have sofa to put inside my house and we all know what the door size in England is…

Edited: Store manager Craig was just amazing. Sorted this time and made sure delivery was done. Previous: Just waste of time and money. Arranged and paid for delivery twice paying 35 each time and both the times they dint deliver for various reasons. Staff at the store were very good but the delivery persons are just pathetic. I thought i could contribute some to the Heart foundation. But will never buy from now

Same old story. Booked collection to donate items. They tend to reject things if they aren't 100% perfect. They pick and choose and just take the things they like. Often the reasons they don't take things are so minor that it's hard to believe. I don't bother donating to these guys any more. It's a waste of time. Easier to take the items to the tip.
