   Had a 5 minute informal meeting with a client scheduled here. When I arrived, the client was already there and so I sat down beside her. Within a minute of being there, a staff member came over and asked if I'd like a menu. I said no thank you and she responded with, 'Normally you have to buy something!' I explained that I'd only be a couple of minutes. The lady had ordered a hot drink - which came whilst I was there. Very hostile and rude. The atmosphere was very League of Gentlemany - They knew straight away that I wasn't "Local!" The sad thing is that I was intending to stay, buy a coffee and have some lunch after I'd finished with the client, however I didn't feel welcome. Luckily, there's a Sainsbury's round the corner - so I was able to eat a £3.75 meal deal in my car - which, surprisingly, provided me with a much better atmosphere than I found on my visit to Coffee Co!

   Went today with two elderly people in wheelchairs, was turned away and told there was no room despite only two members of public in the cafe. The elderly was left feeling degraded and upset. The staff were very rude, hostile and not accommodating at all.

   Me and my four month old daughter (who needed feeding) were turned away by the server stating lack of space, even though we could see there were only two people in the cafe. The people also offered to move tables so I could fit with the pram in but the server refused. Not a nice experience at all.

   The staff were very helpful and the quality of the tea was very good. I lost my mobile phone and the owner came to my car to help me find it. She went over and above at helping me . Thank you very much.

   Coffee co is managed by a lovely young lady called Louise.louise and her staff always greet you with a friendly smile and a chat in between serving there customers.there food is second to none and very good value for money.coffee co is very clean and newly decorated.well worth a visit.10 out of 10 for Louise and her fabulous staff.
