These guys are super helpful and knowledgeable! They went the extra mile for me (knowing very little about soft close hinges!). They sourced the correct bathroom cabinet hinges after I bombarded them with photos - plus they sent them out FOC as I had previously misordered twice due to my ignorance. Pretty rare these days so highly recommended.
Ordered the wrong size pull out kitchen baskets in error,discussed over the phone and decided it would be easier to take them back for an exchange as I was less tha 40 miles away. Took them to the trade counter , exchanged and paid the difference. The staff were very professional, efficient and helpful . The product quality is excellent and price very reasonable. Can highly recommend.
Paid extra for cabinets to be assembled, delivery not only arrived later than it was suppose to, it was sent half of the order flat packed as there was not even room in the van. Refused to accept flat packed as this is not what I paid for, no communication from fittingsco until I reached out for a refund to then be told I would lose 35% of the money paid for an order I didn’t receive.
I ordered a kitchen accessory in May and found missing part to install this. I still not have received this. I have been emailing them for months for a update and asking for a refund which they have not relied back. I have tried ringing them (if you complain, they will take your number and then block you. So you will have to use another number). Please do not use this company. I will now have to take this to trading standard and will update you on this.
We ordered a Kitchen Sink on the 25th October 2021 and paid the extra to make sure it gets delivered to us within 3 - 5 days. A BIG LET DOWN.. BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! After sending them numerous emails, their reply was.. "we will refund you the extra that you paid for the quick delivery". STILL NO SINK!
I purchased items based on the clear 14 days free return service, as seen on their Web page. Out of 6 items I wanted to return 2, in exchange for 1 new item. Making the arrangements I'm told I need to pay for return. Expressesing my view that I felt mislead i got an uncompromising reply as follows: free returns are based on the product being damaged or defective. Items may be beautiful, seemingly of good quality but do ask yourselves the question: at what cost if you need to pay for returns/exchanges and in my case delivery for the additional item that we need ontop off
I ordered 3 of pull out 900mm wire baskets and 2 600mm baskets. They arrived within a few days of ordering and I fitted them yesterday They came well packaged, were easy to fit and have made a huge difference to our kitchen cupboard storage. The baskets are sturdy and hold the weight of our pots, pans and electricals. The soft close is really nice. Great service and great product. Well done.
