   I went today to redeem a credit note as this establishment does not provide refunds. Then the manager stated that I could not utilise my credit note as it was creased!!! What a complete scam and absolutely vile customer service. I was told I only had 28 days to redeem my credit note and after pointing out the sign in the shop that stated 180 days to redeem credit note the “manager” quickly attempted to back track. What an absolute joke. Do not shop here. If you change your mind or the item doesn’t fit you won’t be provided a refund and will likely be unable to even spend your credit note. Worst interaction I have ever dealt with.
