   I cannot praise Cheshire Kitchens highly enough. From the moment we stepped into the showroom, the company has been excellent. We were greeted by Lee and had a really sensible conversation about our ideas, his suggestions, what was possible and what was not. Once we had chosen a kitchen, he produced some plans that captured our own vision perfectly. The fitters, Tom and Darren were also brilliant. They were organised, efficient, and very respectful of our house. They made a great job of it and handled the non-vertical walls, sloping floor, beams and low ceilings really well. The after care was also faultless. For Lee, no challenge was without a solution; he is an amazing problem-solver. He also has an innate ability to understand exactly what you want and translate it into a functional illustration, which immediately lets you know whether your ideas will work in reality. Our new kitchen is just fabulous!

   Cheshire Kitchens installed our kitchen two years ago. This was professionally planned and installed. The area they need to improve on is responsiveness to the customer when there are problems; a couple of relatively minor problems have taken ages to resolve. However, to their credit they have resolved these issues and in one case have paid for a replacement bin system when the manufacturer, Hafele, refused to, despite it being their fault.

   Cheshire Kitchens installed our previous kitchen over 20 years ago. When we decided to replace it we thought it best to scour the market. Due to Covid this took us a long time. Cutting a long story short none of the other kitchen suppliers we tried came anywhere close in terms of attitude, attention to detail, professionalism and patience to Cheshire Kitchens and we bought our new kitchen from them for the second time. Many kitchen suppliers are only interested in the sale and want your money fast. What we have found here is that Lee is genuinely interested in getting the best solution. Be patiently provided us with several iterations of three designs over several months. We are absolutely delighted with the kitchen in every respect. The attention to detail was phenomenal and his fitter, plumber plasterer and electrician are first class workers at sensible prices ( one other supplier quoted us for plastering 7 X our actual cost! And plumbing twice the cost). Beware of the lack of transparency with other suppliers. Everything in our Cheshire Kitchens quote was separately itemised and we knew exactly what we were getting. Payment terms were also balanced and sensible unlike some others I could mention. There was a detailed plan of work and everything was completed on schedule at every stage. The kitchen is fantastic. I would have no hesitation in recommending Cheshire Kitchens to anyone. Thank you for an exceptional job.
