   We had our kitchen fitted by Byles, Bramhall 5 years ago. We have been delighted with it. The design, workmanship and end product have been amazing. The reason we are writing this review now is that a couple of things have occurred recently since the fitting. We phoned Penny at Byles for advice and they came round and sorted them immediately. Penny and the staff at Byles are supremely professional. Nothing is too much trouble. Top quality from start to finish.

   From the very start Penny was superb, helpful and very knowledgeable giving us the guidance to make changes to our plans to make them more polished and work better in a kitchen We liked the options for doors, counters etc and after some back and forth between us the design was complete The install was very smooth with Richard and we are so happy with our choice of kitchen and also glad we could buy from a local person Thanks so much Penny you’ve made the process so simple and easy Adrian, Lindsay & the kids

   Reliable, Reasonable and Responsive. We wanted to add to and adapt our kitchen (ovens and hob replacing aga, lots of electrics, new peninsula, new worktops, rearrangement of some existing cupboards etc.) . Penny not only listened to and understood our needs,but offered constructive advice and importantly didn't tell us "you would be better to replace everything" or "if we move a unit, we can't be sure not to damage it" - both of which we heard from other companies. There was also a refreshing openness about the pricing, so we could judge options properly, which gave us great confidence. Richard, Mick and Warren turned up on exactly the day the install was booked and did a very good and tidy job of fitting everything. We had a minor issue with a plinth heater after the install, but handled appropriately without any fuss. Project was handled well by Penny and Suzie and any queries were always answered very promptly and efficiently. It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Byles and I would highly recommend.

   Unfortunately, not the best experience. No project management we were assured there would be. Wrong items ordered wrong colour ordered. Delay after delay . Would not recommend.

   I had absolutely no idea what a wanted in terms of a new kitchen, we had a new space to fill and I needed help. From the minute we stepped into Keller Kitchens and met with Penny our dream kitchen began to evolve. Our building work at times became very stressful and impacted on the design and installation of our kitchen. Penny was amazing, nothing fazes her ! She is certainly a ‘can do’ person. She co-ordinated everything to cause us the least disruption, we were very happy with her plans and suggestions. Her installation teams were on time and very professional and really nice people to deal with. I really cannot recommend Penny and Keller Kitchen highly enough… Thank you !
