   I came across Richards & Richards on Facebook and decided to visit their showroom after dealing with brands like Howdens and Wren I was delighted when I found Richards & Richards. I was met by Ben who showed me around the showroom, they had everything that I wanted if not more! I was very impressed with quality and the choice they had so I booked a design appointment with them. Ricky was then my main point of contact for all my design, he is very professional and very patient with me as I have changed my kitchen design like 7 times. I can not fault them, great customer service from start to finish, great quality products and workmanship. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! If you want a company that cares then this is the one! Thank you Ricky and your team!

   This team are exceptionally good. I am not prone to hyperbole, but I recommend them on so many levels. To begin with, they are highly professional - supervised by the ever-conscientious (and very hard working and able) Rick, the young-ish workers applied themselves skillfully and diligently. The input the firm provided over the design and major refurbishments to my kitchen, sitting room, and two bathrooms was both inspiring and impressively accomplished. On the design/co-ordinating front, Ben was highly creative and thoughtful (and patient!) and judged the degree of consultation and 'going ahead' (there were so many decisions to be taken) just right. On top of all of this, the team are personable and good to be around - a blessing when for a while I had to live with them cheek-by-jowl on what was effectively a building site. The result: a wonderfully transformed home and a very satisfied and grateful me.

   Richard&Richards!, a five star company to do business with. I had a kitchen fitted 7yrs ago and had an issue with a leakage from a hot water pipe behind the sink. I rang them simply for advice on how to gain access to replace part, they sent a plumber round to resolve the problem, all done within two hours. What I like about them is they are always available to assist you with any issues you may come across even if it’s been years since you bought from them and the team are so helpful. You won’t get better customer service. Brilliant!.

   This will be the second time I have used Richard and Richard’s for large projects. The Design and detail Ricky comes up with is brilliant and always has time to listen to make it perfect. Simon who did the fitting work was a great craftsman, honest and very reliable. I would highly recommend R&R to anyone as you would not be disappointed. A very professional business with great people. I would certainly be using again in the future

   My first experience of building work going well. Absolutely fantastic experience. The design was lovely and the logistical handling of the project was superb. Things ran like clockwork and the work was done on time. When issues arose (as they inevitably do) they were handled swiftly and without fuss. Team went above and beyond to fix problems (special thanks to Rick). Considering all the above, the pricing was excellent. All the team were professional and tidy. Would recommend to all.

   R&R fitted kitchen and bathroom and both projects were completed on time and to the highest possible standard. No pushy sales patter but really good advice and suggestions by Ricky. Rick and others work non-stop and they take great care with your property and great pride in what they do. I don't have one complaint at all about anything. They supply excellent quality products at a very realistic price. The installation is pretty much faultless and I would not hesitate to recommend R&R Design and Installtion to anyone looking for a really good, professional job.
