   Nasty manager and staff unwilling to help when returning or exchanged items when in a difficulty with a kitchen refit purchased from Radcliffe.This has to be the worst branch in the northwest disgrace to Howdens. When phoned day before to check stock availability I was told there was lots of stock of the required colour, once arrived at Radcliffe branch there was no stock and we have to order it because I need to exchange the colourur as it was a miss match with the flooring.
