Food: went here to try the roast but was disappointed with the quality and quantity of roast sharing platter we ordered. The roasties and veg were barely roasted and the meat selection was quite tough to eat and not enough for 2 people to share sadly. Atmosphere: restaurant decor was good, gave off English bistro vibes which was pleasant Price: 25+~ which is a fair price for roasts but not for the quality and quantity of food provided in my opinion unfortunately Service: service was decent

In October we had our wedding reception at Three's a crowd Leeds. Straightway we had a great feeling about the place when we were looking for potential venues. Ahead of the big day all the staff were extremely welcoming towards us and our small children. Although we had a small wedding (20 guests) we had some quite specific requests for the day and they were really flexible with amending the menu and shaping the day around us. The wedding day went really smoothly; the food and the service was first class. This was down to great management by Scott and Darcy and plenty of reassurance from Sabrina, the events manager ahead of the day. We are looking forward to visiting again soon!

The restaurant was a bit cold and food overpriced. By the way, even if the portions were tiny, my cod cheeks was very tasty, my friend's fish and chips was tasty but very oily. We also had a bottle of red wine, the second least expensive 42Β£ (too much). Not for us to be honest

We came here after a civil ceremony in a large group of around 20 of us. The staff were friendly and attentive, with them serving drinks to all of us. The food was great, with the starters coming put promptly - the chicken lollipop tasting amazing. The fish and chips were fresh and tasted amazing. We had two issues, the first being that the timing of the food was delayed - in particular, the mains took a while to come out post starters . The second is that once seated, it felt like there were way too few waiting staff for the group size. All in all, a really lovely dining experience

I recently visited this restaurant under the new owner and had a lobster feast. The lobster was impeccably cooked, and the cocktails were delightful. The starters were a bit basic, but the desserts were delicious. However, I did find the portions to be on the smaller side, and the prices were a little high. On the bright side, the customer service was excellent and quick. I also appreciated that the bar area was dog-friendly, which added a nice touch to the overall experience.

First visit for dinner since the ownership change and very pleasantly surprised. The makeover has comprised new furniture and a few coats of paint, but the basic layout and feel of the place is much the same, just a little smarter. Many of the staff have stayed on, including in the kitchen. Basic menu is a little limited but thereβs an extensive specials board with interesting additions. Thereβs still a good real ale offer and a bigger wine list. Yes the prices have increased but thatβs in line with the general trend of the times. Overall a really good evening and we will definitely be regular customers in future.

Came here during Christmas time and there was a large party group. We didn't mind but the staff were accommodating and asked if we wanted to move which was nice. Food was great. I ordered beef bourguignon and my friend ordered pork belly. Very well cooked and tasty. The meal came with bread and olives

We booked to eat here for a celebratory meal. We really enjoyed the meal. The hummus was excellent, especially with the focaccia and anchovies. We had 4 starters between two of us, but as the chefs were directly opposite in the open kitchen we were a bit surprised when our mains arrived half way through our starters. After a short discussion they were taken back and a fresh meal delivered 15 minutes later. Excellent haddock and chips and the belly pork melted in the mouth. The salted caramel, chocolate mousse popcorn wasnβt really set and very sweet but still enjoyable with two selections from the specialist whisky list. Overall a good meal but spoilt by lack of observation/communication.

One of the highlights of the roast was actually the slow roasted whole carrot which was super sweet and tasty. The portion was generous and the meat was succulent. I prefer my food to be piping hot so an improvement would be that the meal was heated up before serving. I would recommend booking for Sunday lunch to ensure you have a table.
