Absolute chaos. Staff unhelpful, disorganised, and seemed to be lacking sufficient training. Ended up leaving a basket full of shopping as queue was so long with only one member of staff on the tills.
Loved this store. I live in Buckinghamshire and do wish I had one near. So reasonably priced and rather unique items. Highly recommend.
Just recently between 16:05-16:15 I slipped over on the entrance, the floor was wet , there were no warning signs about wet floor .I hurt deeply my right leg . Not any one from staff hasn’t come for help , not even shouted. I hardly got up by myself, I urgently needed to pick up my child and needed to ask my friend to pick up my child cause I couldn’t walk , so couldn’t have opportunity to speak with a manager about that. I called to the store at 16:18 and told to wipe the floor so nobody wouldn’t slipped over again .It’s a shame I wasn’t offered to record an accident , however the store should have Duty of safety, even though when I mentioned that I previously had a trauma with my right leg so any accident make my leg condition worse, especially when I’m currently under treatment in a hospital with orthopaedic surgeon. I should say I am single mother from Ukraine with a little child and I am not sure if I’ll be able to get my child to the school tomorrow with that awful pain. That’s not acceptable negligence for staff of this store. This store remained our favourite one for me and my child, but due to negligence I cannot say that they provide appropriate costumer service and following the rules of safety in the store. That’s really disappointing (((
Lovely store, staff very knowledgeable about products, first time visitor Jessica helped me today Thank her for great customer service, great interpersonal skills and really customercentric. Really welcoming vibe I will be back in to purchase more items
Having never been to a Søstrene Grene store before I was impressed by this one. There are lots of homewares, crafting and art supplies and prices are really good.
My granddaughter calls this 'the Maze shop' and it's a bit like that. It feels like lots of little rooms, each with exciting things in them. I always spend more money than I intended.
Interesting shop - bigger than it looks and with many interesting and quirky items!
Lovely shop full of different stuff a bit like Ikea but nicer. Really calm and tranquil. Lovely shopping experience.

I'm sad I have only just discovered this shop. It's lovely to walk around, prices are reasonable and very good quality products. I can't wait to go back. My daughter (4) left with a wooden bow and arrow set, my 14 year old with wool to crochet and I'm heading back for ornaments. Great for gifts, homewear, party items, crafts, arts, baking supplies and much more. Like a pleasant, relaxing IKEA.
