   The manager is so friendly and helpful, my guy purchased quite a bit from here. We travel 1.5 hours just for this store. Nice clothing, decent price and good selection, plus decent size and clean changing rooms.

   Went there this weekend confident that I would find a nice shirt and jacket for my night out after going there in July, which was brill. Unfortunately they had mainly the summer stuff they had in July with very few long sleeve shirts etc. Are they closing down... I hope not.

   Went to buy coat having checked Web sight tochech it was in stock. It was not and staff were very unhelpful. Went back home to Southend and checked Web again to find it still listed so had to open an account which was very repetitive and in all took nearly 15 mins to order it on line. This defeated the objective of trying it on for size.

   online order: items marked dispatched, 48 hrs delivery, sweet - or so I thought 1 week later, no response to emails, so raise a case with paypal because screw losing 100 quid miraculously receive a shipping update not 5 minutes after submitting a case seems fishy to me, doubt my items will arrive, or if they do it'll be too late and I will have bought from one of the many other stores available don't waste your time, shame as would prefer to support a local store but with the service provided it's not practical

   I have not been in their actual shop, but I have been shopping from them Online for many years. If you need larger sizes men's clothing, they are the best. OK prices but also regular sales. Very good quality garments and my wardrobe is made up of 80% of clothing from them; from formal to casual.

   Back when I was 19.5 stone, Bigclobber was a godsend! Thankfully now I've kicked my addiction to Coca Cola! :P All I can say is that the clothes are very comfortable, especially the shoes, and that it's a brilliant place to pick up clothes you can't just find anyone if you're a little heavier than normal. Bigclobber is always well stocked with high quality goods, and the staff are absolutely lovely! (Down to 15.5 atm!)
