Awful company. Poor communication from the beginning of my online order. The Item arrived damaged and Accessories for the Home have not replaced, collected or refunded. Following several attempts to resolve this I have had no option but to request a charge back via my credit card. Very disappointed with their lack of customer service!
Item arrived a little later than the 4 week delivery time but Sam responded by email and the item arrived not long after. The Item is really nice and solidly built. It looks great in our new rustic style Kitchen.
Bought a cabinet which was shown as 3-4 weeks delivery. I know lead times can be variable so I phoned and was told delivery times were very good and more likely to be 3 weeks. They were helpful in sending me measurements and pictures of the item. However this was a big con. The item was delayed. When I contacted them by email to find out what had happened, I was ignored. When I eventually got hold of someone by phone, I was told there was a delay. They couldn't tell me how long. In the end the item arrived 8 weeks later. I wouldn't have had a problem with this if I had been kept informed. I was constantly chasing them for information, and repeatedly ignored when emailing. The last time I spoke to the manager, I was told they'd refund me 20% for the delay. But more than a month later, no refund. And no reply to my email when I asked about it. In fact, on many occasions when I left a message I was never called back throughout the process. It's appalling that companies like this position themselves as premium, but fail to offer premium service. I never asked for a refund and would have been fine if they apologised sincerely, empathised, and kept me informed of the delay. I had my eye on a few other items but unfortunately I will not shop with this company ever again on principle. They are lucky I gave them 2 stars - purely for the product. My advice to customers is look elsewhere for a product if you like it. There are plenty of other suppliers offering the same products who treat their customers with respect and are honest.
I discovered this place at the beginning of our daunting journey towards furnishing our new home. So pleased I found it! Such beautiful, stylish things. Particularly loved how helpful the team are. Sam went above and beyond to answer questions and correct issues that weren't even her fault. I HIGHLY recommend this company when purchasing furniture for your home.
Ordered a nice industrial style metal locker from accessories for the home. Delivery took slightly longer than expected and was getting a little worried but my fears were unfounded. The price was good, the delivery company was professional, kept me informed and called me twice on the day of delivery to notify me of their progress. The cabinet itself is extremely well made and has exceeded expectations, worth the wait. Happy customer
I ordered a champagne bucket three weeks ago, the store took payment, and I've not heard from them since. I chased by email twice. No reply. I called over three days, and eventually someone answered the phone and I spoke to a softly spoken lady with a list of excuses that ended with "I'll be in touch today." She wasn't and another two days have gone by. I have better things to do than chase down something I have ordered in this way. I shopped with this store in good faith. I've had to claim back my money via my credit card company. Avoid this company.

Fantastic experience! We ordered coffee tables in December, but sadly due to Brexit-related delays and inconviences, they aren't due in for another few weeks. However, the lovely owner Sam has been in touch to update, and has offered a fantastic solution in the meantime. We are so happy and wouldn't hesitate to purchase again!
A little hidden gem! Beautiful homeware and furniture, very instagram in real life! Well worth a visit.
