All other reviews about bad customer service for this place are true, now I realise. Never coming back here. Anyone who needs to shop, go anywhere but not here.

   Absolutely rubbish customer service waiting in a long queue only one person was dealing in counter. When my turn came went to till she ask me are you paying by card I said yes gentle man standing next to counter he said I will take the payment he was already took the payment from other customer not in the queue. Why the lady in the counter and other gentleman standing next to counter said any one making card payment go to this gentleman. After taking the payment he said put your email I said no I want paper invoice after that more time wasted took their time to give invoice. Such a big name of the store and absolutely rubbish customer service

   The girl at the till forgot to take off that anti-thief tag from a backpack what I bought and of course the alarm went off. Another guy checked my receipt and the backpack inside if I stole anything. He was extremely rude and he handled me like I am a criminal. I can recommend a good etiquette book for the staff and I can advise the girl to pay more attention to her job and less flirting with colleagues. They shouldn’t work with people.. LMAO

   Why the shop have a fitting room if they don’t Let the people to try clothes and always said NO ? And when they Let you in to try you can’t take more then 2 things .. if you go alone and you want to try more clothes , you have to put again your clothes , go back .. again and again …

   Ok, let's share :I,customer, want to purchase a pair of 50 pounds snickers. Guess what '?No nr no colour, all assistants laughing. Do you have a manager?I bought for the same price a better pair of snickers and I enjoyed spending 50 pounds on it.
