   Returning online items in store due to wrong size for my son. The lady manager wasn’t very nice to speak with. I thought she will be more attentive to a customer as this is my first time returning to a store. I prefer to shop elsewhere!

   Staff chatted away to glory with each other while avoiding customers who needed to try sizes. Award for the laziest salesperson goes to the guy who told me we only have the left shoe for this display pair, we didn’t receive the right shoe and we don’t have any more in stock.

   I had a disappointing experience today at JD store in Nugent Shopping Centre. When I visited, there were no staff available on the shop floor to assist with shoe sizes. Every time I needed to check availability, I had to walk to the counter myself, which was very inconvenient. To make things worse, the staff at the counter were just standing around talking to each other instead of offering help to customers. At no point did anyone come over to ask if I needed assistance, which shows a lack of good customer service and professionalism. This made my shopping experience frustrating and unwelcoming. I expected better from a store like JD, and unfortunately, I wouldn’t recommend this location unless they improve their customer service. JD store staff should do their job right and have good customer service and focus on customers and stop chatting among themselves

   Couldn't have a had a better experience. Although the one pair of Converse HiTops in stock in the right size were slightly marked from being on display I was able to order a fresh pair for home delivery at no extra cost. Ordered Saturday afternoon after 4pm, delivered before midday on Monday. Excellent!
