I am extremely disappointed with Wren Kitchens, both with their customer service and the designer who created our kitchen project. I feel like I was mis-sold this kitchen. The quality is very poor considering the price we paid β Β£27,000 for a kitchen with a quartz worktop. We were told that the quartz surface would not stain and that the quality would be excellent, but stains are clearly imprinted on it. The fitter who installed the kitchen isnβt even from their company and did a poor job. I have sent multiple emails requesting someone to fix the doors on a few cabinets that donβt close properly and are not uniform with the rest, but I am completely ignored. Their behavior feels fraudulent β they are friendly until they take your money, and once the order is placed, they ignore any issues or requests. I will be contacting a lawyer regarding this matter and I will not let it go unresolved. I strongly advise others not to make the same mistake I did. Avoid Wren Kitchens and look elsewhere for your kitchen needs.

Wish we had used a different company this time. We used Wren for second time in 3 years. What a mistake. After spending over Β£20k on our kitchen, the planner recommended a Β£1,200 Samsung fridge freezer that has completely ruined the aesthetic of our kitchen. We have wasted hours talking to branch and customer services asking to replace the fridge freezer with an appropriate sized fridge. This one comes out 19CM from the cupboards and has a huge gap above the fridge and below the top cupboard. They refused to change it despite the fact that the fridge freezer has never been plugged it. Also the chap who came to measure work tops was extremely unpleasant. He made me feel very uncomfortable in my own home. This is the last time I will ever use Wren for a kitchen. They do not reward loyalty they only appear to care about the sale. No after sales customer service.

We went to the showroom to get an idea of what Wren offer, prices etc. We had a great experience up until we said we wanted to go away and think about it. The gent became very offended and felt as though 'We had made him do all the work for us to not go through with it and that we had been premature with the visit to the showroom if we didn't have intentions to buy.' At no point did we say we had visited to leave with a purchase however unfortunately, the push for the hard sale has put us off and will not be returning which is a shame! We didn't appreciate the change in service and comments made. Staff should be understanding of individuals circumstances.

We needed a new kitchen as ours had been in since 1995 We saw Wren had offers on so made an appointment to get started. We had a few appointments to select the kitchen that we wanted also for the measuring up. We chose a lovely cashmere colour for the units which we are really pleased with. The fitter came and gave us an estate as to how much it would cost to fit it all again we were pleased with the estimate. The work took longer than expected due to 2 items which were damaged and we had to wait a week for replacements The replacements arrived on time but had to wait for the fitter to come back as he was doing another job. He did what he could but then he didn't have enough up stand so again we had to order some and that was another week. We are very pleased with the kitchen and all 6 new appliances and the flooring We would recommend Wren

Our kitchen designer shaun was warm, welcoming and professional. He was patient throughout our many disagreements on on how our kitchen should look⦠and at all time diplomatic. We are delighted with how looks. We used our own private fitter. The delivery men were lovely and considerate.

Very happy with the service given. Very professional and helpful from start of design to final fitting of our new kitchen. Replacement of items that were damaged, replaced very quickly and staff from Wren kept in contact throughout the whole process. Would thoroughly recommend.

After sales is non-existent. 6 units arrived damaged and no one seems to be able to process the information. Several calls, several false promises. One woman promised to have put a replacement order through, but guess what no action was taken. Will be taking legal advice and action soon.
