A lady called Jillian took the call and went way above her duty to assist me and re assure me of the products and the purchase. I was very disappointed with their customer service. We received 2 boxes of large plates but when we opened the boxes 4 days later, 3 were smashed. we emailed them with pictures, they replied you are out of your 48hour window so we can’t do anything!
Very poor quality control & poor customer service! I bought two of the 'seasons storm bowl shape cup 9oz'. One of the cups does not have the brown speckled rim which matched the other and the saucers, and looks to be unfinished. Whilst I understand that the finish of the products may vary, to me it looks like the speckled rim design has not even been done on this mug. I am not sure how someone can be happy enough with the finish to allow it to be sold along with another one that looks so much better. I called customer services to see if they would replace the mug, but they just tell me that 'product finishes may vary' as stated on the website. Again, I understand that the 'finish' may vary, but the design of this mug doesn't even look finished. The only other option they gave me was to return the items at my own cost for a refund. I am very disappointed with the service I received. For the sake of replacing one poorly finished mug, this would have been easily solved and I would have been satisfied with my order. They clearly have no pride in the finish or quality of their products, or their customer satisfaction. My advice would be to avoid.

I brought a pair of profi-Birkenstock from Cooksmill and they break after nearly 3 months(very unexpected).I get in touch with Cooksmill and explain them the situation, and I ask if is possible to have a replacement product.I received a fast email from Nicole telling me that she will get in touch with the supplier and she will try to sort it out.After a week I get the replacement product and I am looking forward to wearing the shoes Nicole she handled my issue very professional, and I can recommend confidently Cooksmill for all the hospitality buyers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Amazing company, fantastic products and incredible service. Placed an order on a Saturday afternoon which I realised an hour later I had made a mistake on one of the items, totally my own fault. I messaged on Facebook to see if it would be possible to change it and had an instant reply saying not a problem, the order would be amended on Monday. Monday morning I receive an e-mail from Customer Services to confirm with me the correct product I required. Tuesday morning, order delivered!!! Absolutely outstanding! A real pleasure to buy from, thank you!

I placed an order via the website and was contacted by Nicole as the particular item I wanted wasn't available in the quantity I needed. Nicole was great and came back with a few alternatives and I settled on one. However when the arrived I realised I had made a mistake with the sizing and needed to look again. Nicole was fantastic, we looked at options again and she arranged for me to call into the Bradford store and make an exchange. She arranged for the items to be put toone side for me and agreed a time for me to collect with Saeed in store. My husband ended up going to make the exchange and they were all very helpful in store and make the switch, there was a small difference in price (in my favour) which I said I wasn't bothered about as it was my error but I have seen that I have received a refund for the difference. Nicole has also followed up and made sure that all went smoothly in store. The items I have are all as described on the website and all excellent value. Along with that Nicole and the staff in store have provided the best customer service I have had since before Covid which seems to have become the best excuse for poor service. Thank you so much Nicole for your patience and efforts to make sure I went away a happy customer - you definitely achieved that!
