From our first visit with Helen through to the completion of our kitchen the whole process was seamless and flawless throughout. The design and creation was incredible and nothing was too much trouble. The installation was meticulously planned and a booklet was given with dates, names and numbers of everyone involved so we knew exactly what was happening and when. We had Prescott and Joules from Creative Design help us completely remodel our kitchen and dining room in 2022, including taking down walls and installing large sliding doors. From the initial designs to the final build, their service was outstanding. Helen was incredibly responsive whenever we had questions during the design phase, and Andy was just as supportive throughout the construction. Even after the project was completed, when a drawer handle broke, they came back promptly and fixed it without any hassle. They truly took the stress out of the entire process. We couldn’t be happier with the result, and I can’t recommend them highly enough!
From start to finish, Prescott and Joule, as well as Creative Design and Build have been a joy to work with. We had recently moved into a new (to us) small terraced house, with a plethora of work that needed doing. This ranged from levelling floors throughout, building out walls, replacing the front door, new radiators, LVT parquet flooring, plus a whole new kitchen which included plumbing, gas and electrics. We knew when we set out to employ people to take on this task, that we wanted it completely project managed, and this is exactly what we got from Helen, Andy and their teams. From the first home visit, through to completion and after care, they made the whole thing much more stress free than it had any right to be. We’re very happy with the results and can highly recommend.
I can’t express how delighted we are with our full kitchen remodelling and associated building works carried out by Helen, Andy and the entire team. This project was two years in the planning and making and I was the indecisive customer that changed my mind numerous times. Despite this I was never met with anything but patience and understanding and the finished project has surpassed the vision and expectations we had. A particular shout out to their joiner, Dan, an exceptionally talented craftsman and his attention to detail was always second to none. Lucy who project managed the building and kitchen installation was a superstar. Regular comms, keeping us up to date and she delivered the whole thing without a single delay. The benefit of this company over others is that they can complete both the structural modifications as well as the design and installation of the kitchen. As customers with busy day jobs this is what ultimately made us choose them along with knowing they are a decent, trustworthy and really likeable team of professionals. We are simply over the moon!
We recently had a new kitchen fitted by P and J they arranged everything for us from start to finish. Have to say that it all went really smoothly. Jen and Emma were a pleasure to deal with, very helpful and kept us well informed throughout the whole process. All the tradesmen were very good and listened to our needs. From initial contact with Prescott and Joule right through to the completion of the kitchen fitting, the whole process was a delight. The kitchen is finished to a high quality and the project management of the whole process was unbelievably professional. Emma was in contact with us, on an almost daily basis, and any questions we had during the installation, she was there to answer them instantly.
