   Went shopping today at Primark At Romford's Liberty Hall, bought a shirt but couldnt find trousers the right size, looked for help, a gentleman known as Alan was wonderful in his help and support and his recommendations in getting the trousers that fit the right size for me. Many thanks Alan, your a legend, please let Alan know, he is truly very helpful and kind and supportive. I didnt find the right trouser size but he helped a lot, let him know, he should know who i am. Thanks. Will come again.

   What can I say, all employees in this store work through stress with the masses of flowing customers come into and out of the shop. Although, they all have delivered very satisfactory customer service and I hope they are all well recognized by their management team. Shout out to a store assistant there called Dylan who I observed and delivered one of the best, confident customer service experiences ever to his customers. I was even proud of a worker called Johnny, with not even words to describe his brilliant performance as working as a team player. Kudos to this Primark team, wish them all the best!

   Primark has come a long way from back in the day when their stock was mostly flimsy. Now they've got so much better. Even the cheaply priced items have better quality than years ago. They've got so many great stuff on offer and there's hardly anything you need that you wouldn't find in the store. From toiletries to menswear, kidswear, make-up items, underwear and many more; Primark is always fully stocked. I just find customers lack manners with the they tear open items or drop them on the floor especially underwear, it's appalling behavior. I like that Primark ensures they have enough attendants at the till to keep the queue moving. You're never on the queue for too long. Overall, great place to shop on a budget.

   Good Primark store with two floors ground floor is full of ladies clothing, jewellery, bags, cosmetics, shoes and underwear. Second floor has all types of mens, baby, children clothing and home ware.
