    Lorand was a good mechanic. However, he is really poor recently due to excessively high number of jobs he cannot manage. Took my car for a simple noise I told him is from the alternator pulley. He kept my car for two days and changed water pump instead. Returned my car with same noise and EMPTY COOLANT RESERVOIR in summer I realised after a short drive! Caused a damage to my brakes too which has been once again in his garage and he changed suspension coil instead! Confidently said the braking noise is gone which was even worse. Have to take it elsewhere to fix his mess after paying more than £400 for a simple job!

    Took my car to this garage for an MOT and the mechanic damaged my car and was unable able to repair the damage he caused. That resulted in me having to pay to get it repaired elsewhere and they refused to pay for the costs. What has been most disappointing to me is the lack of accountability taken by the owner.

    I was sent to work at another location than usual. On the way there my car started to make terrible noises. I was really worried about trying to get home. When I rang up VRS AUTO they manage to get me in the same day. I felt a little intimated going in by myself, but they were very friendly and put me at ease. They were helpful and worked out what was wrong straight away. I was so greatful for their help.

    Have to say so very impressed with service. I have a very old car 18+. My exhausted died on me. Went in told no problem. Now driving around in a very quite car. They also do mot. Fix tyres and much more. Parking at the pack. It's in middle of car wash and petrol station
