Had an extremely positive experience when taking my car in for body work repairs. Very fair price, efficient and fast turn around with good communication and an incredibly friendly team. My vehicle was collected at the time and date as per text message. I was kept informed as to how the repair was proceeding. The vehicle was delivered back at the correct time and date. The vehicle had been repaired to factory standard and had a full valet inside and out. It was a first class job by Sutton Car Repairs. If needed I would use them again
£8500 the job total bear this in mind throughout my review. They changed back bumper and remounted my exhaust after an uber driver reversed onto my drive. Paint is faded on back bumper the bumper touches the exhaust causing a rattle and had multiple car length scratches and passenger door was catching the wing front splitter hanging off also. The last two or three things could have been done before they had it but how did they not notice? Really bad work and when asked they said come back but not when we're busy... haha I wouldn't of chose this garage and I don't think you should if you have a choice. Play videos with sound .. Edit for response see updated pic.. if that's a new exhaust I suggest you get your money back and i suggest you take that response down becasue this is the same exhaust so if you charged for a new someones in trouble...

MOT Discovered my MOT had expired today and was amazed to have been able to: a) get through to a human being on the phone b) take my car to the garage immediately having made the call at 10:10 this morning, dropped off the vehicle at 10:25, MOT completed by 11:25 and it passed!! The service given by Angie was not only friendly and informative but a total change to the experience of customer service that I have been so used to receiving. Booked in for a full service tomorrow !! Thank you Hassan and Angie - the John Lewis of garages.
I was referred here via an insurance claim. Lovely staff, very kind and courteous. My car came back in brill condition. Getting them via telephone was a hard job and the parking was abit of a struggle but they are a brilliant business and would highly recommend!!!
Had an accident around 12 weeks ago and my insurance company have partnered with this garage. Still waiting for any work to be carried out. Very frustrating when i have a buyer for the car. Will remove review once car has been repaired.
