   My three adult children and I have been bringing our cars to Abbey Service Centre for decades for servicing, MOTs, new tyres/batteries etc and repairs. Without fail, we have had excellent work done at reasonable prices. Herbie and his team work very hard on customers' behalf, as testified by the many Thank You cards in Reception. I have left the Birmingham area, but staying with family here for Christmas, I took the opportunity to have a full service done today!

   I've used this garage for a few years and found quite expensive and that they found stuff too hike the price . Today i sent me car in as sensor on front n/s tyre pressure battery had failed and sent too replace . 4 HOURS later I got call too say that they replaced sensor but after a test drive the front o/s sensor had failed and when I got call was informed all sensors needed replacing . Hang on I've been driving 3 weeks with front n/s sensor faulty but all ok with rest of wheels. AMAZING TODAY AS NOW ALL NEED REPLACING . Seems company dont do jobs less than 200 pound . Cost me 60 pound for a sensor but fault still there Rest assured no longer going here I can continue as this garage was originally close too Erdington fire station and had similar experiences but gave them benefit of doubt

   I went into get my M.O.T ( £45 cost ) . MO.T failed and was told my rear brake disk pad set needed replacing. So I Left on my car at the garage and asked how much it would cost, was told by the receptionist they won't know until they look into the car and told them please let me know for the cost would be. I got called by the garage just to let me know it was time to collect my car and came to the bill of £298.80. I understand there's labour cost, but over £300 is a rip off including M.O.T. DON'T go to abbey service centre, if you want to be ripped off.

   I recently brought my car here for a service, and it was a terrible experience. The owner was incredibly rude and dismissive, treating me as if I was trying to get the work done for free. At one point, he even said he “wants to go home,” making me feel like I was unwelcome and wasting his time, despite being a paying customer. His attitude was unprofessional, condescending, and completely unnecessary. I left feeling completely disrespected, and I wouldn’t go back ever again. Save yourself the trouble and take your business elsewhere – there are plenty of other garages that actually value their customers.

   I needed a new injector for my car they quoted me £150 cheaper then every other garage i dropped the car off and it was ready to collect the next day fast service. I love that they covered the seats with a bag to protect them from getting dirty must garages dont do that my car runs like new great job guys

   Was incredibly busy. If ordering tyres through Asda and using this place as a fitting centre check any extra work you requested is done as Asda doesn't always tell the garage. Almost missed out on an alignment because of this.

   I arranged for a vehicle I was going to buy to be checked over by the team at Abbey, and driving from Norwich I was putting my faith in a garage I had no experience of...but what a great choice, as their prices were very reasonable and the mechanic was extremely thorough and honest. I really recommend these guys, and thank you again for all your help today!

   Friendly and helpful team. Service was very efficient and professional. As a woman it can be intimidating at times to find a place to get your car checked out. I was made to feel very welcome and will be returning to Abbey Service Centre in the future if need be.
