I took my car in for mot and service, unfortunately it didn’t pass the mot on a 5 year old car. They phoned me, I said how much extra £45.09 I said ok. They failed to say labour and VAT wasn’t included in the price. Very disappointed. £36 for to windscreen wipers. When they are £19.50 from Halfords. Wasn’t very helpful when I asked about the invoice. Just said parts are expensive for a Fiat 500. Won’t be going back again
I've never used this garage before and I most definitely won't ever use them again. Took my car in today for an MOT unfortunately it did fail and that's fine it's things that I can have fixed. I get a call to tell me about my door handle being loose and that'll also need fixing before the MOT re test I was alittle confused as I'd not noticed my door handle being loose but thought I'd check when I got there. On arrival I could see that my door handle was hanging out of my drivers door and no way was that like that when I dropped the car off nor did I have any problems with this prior. i went and spoke to reception as I was not happy and I could not believe the response I received from I believe the owner of the garage. The lady on the desk was really nice about it but she went and got this male to come and talk to me and said that the handle did break whilst there and when I asked what they'll do about it his reply was ' It's not my problem' so basically I'd got to pay to have this fixed that this person had broke else the mot will fail. I am appalled by the service I received from this place today I really am. The attitude I received from this particular male was disgusting there was no apology at all I was just meant to accept what had happened and deal with it. I know myself if I'd broke something I would apologise and offer to fix what I'd broke but no not this place its not their problem. He then went on to say if a bulb blew whilst at the garage it wouldn't be their problem! it's a completely different thing but he didn't see that. As I eventually left this place as I wasn't getting anywhere with them I went to get in the car and I couldn't even open the door from the outside! I'm currently 22 weeks pregnant and I was expected to just climb over the passenger seat into the drivers seat. so no, I definitely won't be recommending this garage to anyone and I will not be having my re test done here. Its going to cost me more money but I can't leave something I own with people I can't trust

EMPLOYEE driving RECKLESS in clients car!! Very RUDE and ARROGANT management when reported incident. Witnessed harsh braking and accelerating which nearly caused a COLLISION with myself. If you own a Grey BMW 3-Series (Reg-YF13) which was in this garage on 20/6/22, your car was being abused. Avoid these muppets at all cost!! Taunted me when I was leaving as you can see in pictures.
Wonderful service from the team. My parents had to have their car recovered there. They diagnosed the issue, kept them informed & have helped with the whole process of next steps. Both the mechanics & office team were helpful, friendly & kind. Highly recommended for their technical & customer service.
