   Very poor service. I arrived to the unit after a family arrived before me. They were made to sit upstairs in the office whilst I was made to wait downstairs. The owner then took me into a side room and had a 2 mins conversation with me. His son took my details and they me sent on my way. I would have rather preferred to be told to come later once the the previous customers were seen than to be served in 2 mins. I also rang them in the morning and was not advised to book an appt but rather to just pop down between 11-4. I felt was very disrespected and came across very discriminatory because I was a female and didn't have a male with me. I also showed him some of his recent work that I had liked but he said he'd done 5000 jobs and couldn't remember who was who in a condensing manner which is very poor customer service. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone.
