   I visited Bob at the factory and straight away felt that R W Kitchens was the one to use for our new kitchen. When I met Marc to discuss, get advice and design it just confirmed my initial impressions that I had found the right business to deal with. They always had the time to discuss and were never in a hurry and visited whenever we asked. The kitchen units etc were great and the installation progressed smoothly without any problems. Marc and Dez took their time and were always keen to get things right first time. We are very happy with both the materials, installation and the costs. Many thanks to Bob, Sheila, Marc and Dez.    Myself and my family have used RW Kitchens several times. They have always exceeded our expectations and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. The kitchens are well priced and are of great quality. Sheila, Bob and Mark are always happy to accommodate additional requests and always provide you with a warm and friendly service. Mark has fitted our kitchen perfectly and in a timely manner and has always provided great aftercare if needed. I would highly recommend RW Kitchens. Keep up the good work guys!

   We purchase this kitchen on the understanding it was made to measure. But it was poorly designed to fit our spac. It was also poorly fitted and dammaged on fitting. This company will take no responsibility for their actions although i complained numerous times. Sheila told me mark was comin out so many times it would be sorted yet still over a year later nothin. I habe now been living in my house for 2 years. The service is appalling.

   I purchased my new white gloss kitchen from RW Kitchens. I chose them so I could benefit local businesses. Within a couple of weeks the gloss started peeling off in many places. The quality of these kitchen units are extremely poor. I have since heard the same from some other of their customers too. Wren had quoted me the same price and I wish I had gone to them instead as Wren also provide an after sales customer service.
