I’ve used the Kwik Fit in Sutton Coldfield twice now for tyre changes, and both times the service has been excellent. The team are friendly, quick and efficient, and they make the whole process hassle-free. It’s clear they care about treating customers well, and I would definitely recommend them.
Excellent. One thing I really appreciate is how they actually listen and respect you as a customer. They replaced the tyre valve and after that I felt vibration. Returned back and told them the issue and they listened without trying to brush it off or make me feel like it was “all in my head”. That kind of attitude is rare and worth praising.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly, professional, and explained the whole process clearly. The difference in how the car drives now is huge – much smoother and more stable. Prices were fair, no pressure to buy anything extra, and no scare tactics – just straightforward, honest service. I’m a District Nurse. Yesterday when I arrived at my first visit I realised that my rear tyre was flat. I needed to get to my patients so called Kwik Fit for advice. They recommended re inflating my tyre & driving slowing to a local Kwik Fit centre. I phoned 2 centres & both said I’d have to wait till 1pm. I then phoned Sutton Coldfield centre & spoke to Richard. He told me to come straight away & they would prioritise my car. The lovely men at Sutton Coldfield Kwik Fit dealt with my car straight away. I needed a new tyre & they gave me a discount for being an NHS worker. Thank you Richard & the team, you were my heroes.

My nan popped in today to see if Quick Fit would inflate her car tyres. She spoke to Sam who immediately offered the service at no cost, and confirmed the service is offered free by Quick Fit. She was so relieved as she was having difficulty doing herself [problems with her fingers]. Job done, service first class. Thank you Sam
Shop was super busy but the person in charge still found time to give us advice and help find another location who has the stock for us and even offered to book. Top bloke and fantastic service, will definitely book in for our next service.
