I got my headlight changed on a walk in, initially just went in to get a quote for a replacement and the mechanic did it on the spot. This is the third or fourth time using them, always friendly, always helpful and I never feel like I'm being overcharged. Thank you so much!
While visiting family in Birmingham on arrival, I had a puncture. I went to Great Barr service center and I have to say the customer service was outstanding. My car was repaired quickly and back on the road. Thank you
I recently had my MOT done here, and while the service itself was fine, I found the customer service could be improved. When I walked in, I greeted the staff, but they didn’t acknowledge me. Additionally, when I was told I passed, the explanation was minimal—just ‘You passed,’ with no further advice or guidance. A bit more courtesy and information would go a long way.

We have used the Great Barr MOT service centre twice now. Once for a tyre and latterly for an engine issue. I cannot recommend this business more highly. On both occasions they have helped my father and have gone above and beyond to make sure the issues are fixed quickly. Absolutely a 5 star service. I can’t thank you enough
Appalling company. 1 star is too generous. They Had my car in last summer to replace drivers side window regulator and back in shortly after for front drivers side wheel bearing. Within 4 weeks my window stopped working and was clunking loudly. I removed the door card to find they had damaged the fixings for the window motor so thought it would be a good idea to hold it up with a cable tie resting on the internal skin of the door. I had to re-fix it in using 6mm all thread and nuts. The wheel bearing is another story which I didn’t realise until yesterday when my car was making the same droning noise as before. Another garage local to me told me it was the wheel bearing - the same wheel bearing this garage replaced for me. As they bodged up my window I didn’t want to let them loose on my car again as I lost all trust in them. To make matters worse and is the main reason for this review is the fact that they had damaged my hub getting the bearing off originally. The garage that put a new bearing on told me it would come loose again as the hub had been hammered and had some grinder action on it too. They have given me the old hub and bearing as evidence and it’s a right state. The way I see it these cowboys left my car in a dangerous unroadworthy condition. I do a lot of motorway miles with my children in the car and I hate to think what could’ve happened if the bearing had collapsed whilst doing 70mph. Trading standards will be informed shortly and I will not be recommended them to any friends or family. I wouldn’t even recommend them to my worst enemy and that tells you all you need to know about them. Google need to add a minus 5 star option and that would still be generous. Very poor service. I was promised on 5 occasions over 2 days that someone will be coming to check a battery they fitted into my car. After several calls and being promised someone will come out to me, nobody came during the 2 days. None of the staff even contacted me to tell me otherwise. Will not be using them again!!!
Absolutely awful service received. In supporting local businesses I thought to give them a go. My MOT failed weeks ago, due to an electrical fault with lights, I took it in a number of times, as asked for this to be fixed, two of those times it wasn’t resolved, and I just wasted my day without a car that was sat at their garage. When you have kids this isn’t good. But no apology for messing me around, communication with their electrician leaves a lot to be desired and the issue is still not resolved. I have paid £80 for a job that is not complete. And even though I called in again, I have still had no response. The communication from this company is atrocious. And their customer service-well. I will take it to someone that actually can resolve my issue instead of messing me around.
